ZLATAN (2.30) has quick ground conditions in his favour in the one-mile handicap at Pontefract.
Ed De Giles has his yard in fine form and Zlatan will strip sharper for his close second to Billhilly at Nottingham 12 days ago. The eight-year-old was just denied over 1m 2f here last July and races today off a 3lb lower mark.
At Windsor, INVITE (2.40) is worth an interest in the 1m 2f handicap. Marco Botti's filly was a solid second to favourite Regent (pair clear) in a fillies' novice stakes at Lingfield 24 days ago and Oisin Murphy is an eye-catching booking.
OZ LEGEND (3.10) is trading at attractive each-way odds in what appears a pretty hot 1m 2f novice stakes. Hugo Palmer's colt beat Counsel in a Newcastle maiden in early December and the runner-up ran superbly in defeat at the hands of Foxes Tales at Newbury yesterday. Well-held fourth at Newcastle, Camelot Tales, made a winning return at Redcar last week, so that Tyneside event is working out well.
Oz Legend is very closely matched with Beating All on a line through Counsel as Foxes Tales found Beating All too strong at Kempton before Christmas. At odds of around 11-2 I'd rather bet Oz Legend ew than take 5-2 Beating All.

Final week in the jump jockeys championship and Harry Skelton leads Brian Hughes by a score of 146-140.
Just looked at the booked rides over the next few days, Skelton has 19 rides across Hexham, Sedgefield, Ludlow and Worcester. Hughes has got 22 booked rides across the cards at Hexham, Sedgefield and Perth. The ones at Perth could be key, but no doubt plenty of winners this week from two guys that you know are certainly riding to win.

a nod towards big vic thompson. used to have tommy dowson on couple years back and land a few at big prices. he had big scorpo go in last week who is out again today, he has targetted hexam before, he also has CHALLOW in the 13:20 around 25s, just ones to be aware of.
I also like in general.. walton/farrel combo, they have at least 2 here, cudgel and another… then, Hollie Doyle has one at Windsor, too short at the moment but MAJOR VALENTINE runs off 54, was winning off 87 in C4s 08/2019, would want a double figure price tbf.
