With Rizzel unable to cover tomorrows racing I’ve been asked to step in and cover Tuesday's racing.
Well done to Rizz on his sole selection, it’s not like him to post a bet using the without favourite market, it’s a market which I think a lot of punters overlook and should take advantage of more often. His selection went on to actually win the race but near unseated jockey Sean Quinlan two out and he did an incredible job to keep the partnership intact and get the horses head back in gear again to go on and win.
Tuesday's racing isn’t the worst I’ve seen and I’ve got my eyes on a grade 3 from Newcastle.

A small and trappy little affair this race, but I think Venturous should have the measure of the rest of the field.
He shocked his rivals last time out at this venue when popping up a 25/1 winner and turning over 2/5 shot Good Effort.
Venturous was very successful last winter on the all-weather, winning four times and also finished a nice 5th on Finals Day ahead of the likes of Tone The Barone, Harry’s Bar and Highland Dress.
Unfortunately for connections his form on the turf didn’t work out and those previous performances saw his rating rocket from 91 to 105. He returned to the AW at Wolverhampton in November but could only manage 5th place, and the fact he went on to win last time out after that means I’m more than happy to put that Wolverhampton display down as a come back run and I think he’ll be hard to beat tomorrow night if turning up on song.
My last selection comes from the 2:05 at Catterick.

I think MyMilan is probably the most interesting runner in this small field. He’s normally seen running between 2m 4f and up to 3m 1f so this is quite a significant drop in trip to 2 miles. He hasn’t actually ran over this trip since winning over it at Carlisle back in 2019.
He unseated his rider last time out at Ayr however I did manage to catch a replay of his previous run to that which was at Catterick in December over an extended 3 miles. He ran pretty well but just ran out of fuel and faded back into 6th. With his current mark plummeting as each run goes by he’s now 4lbs lower than his last winning rating.
I think this drop in trip could be a nice move and he could have too much pace for these If it does turn into a tactical affair.

Aye deb2000, took sir Gerhard 3-1 supreme and pied Piper 5-2 triumph non runner no bet at SKYBET.
Most firms seem to be non runner no bet since end of January.
Cant see Gerhard beaten if he goes supreme, not looked at the ballymore field to be honest.
I always think the Irish think of the supreme as their race, the roar at the off, the Guinness flowing, and the 1st win on the board sets the tone for their invasion 🇮🇪.

Completely agree Elvis there should be a cut off around 7 days before each day.
Sir Gerhard is 6s for supreme and 7/4 for Ballymore with Betfair Mullins has 5 or 6 to split up I dont think he will run Sir Gerhard and Dysart Dynamo in the same race.
New123 Goshen was a cracker and I’d hated to have been on it but I was one of god knows how many over the country waiting on Annie Power at Cheltenham in 2013/14? Was for a Mullins 4 timer on the day and of course famously belly flopped at the last.
Can quiet mind the ins and outs of the bet but it was for £520 an change.
Bookies saved hundreds of millions with that fall if I mind right.
