Mick Appleby's gelding was only collared close home by classy Aberama Gold over six furlongs a fortnight ago and he won by more than three lengths over five furlongs here back in January. Lomu was given a fairly easy time from a wide draw at Lingfield before running on into fourth. There is a race in him this winter.
JEDHI (3.37) is an interesting contender in the mares’ handicap hurdle at Leicester. She was an 85-rated winner on the Flat at Newbury for Hughie Morrison but hasn’t cut much ice on three starts over hurdles for Jedd O’Keeffe. A mark of 98 looks exploitable.
At Wincanton, KILBREW BOY (12.45) mopped up this amateur riders’ handicap chase last year under Charlie Case and they are back for another crack. Ground conditions are very similar and the gelding is 5lb lower.

Dived in on Italian Spirit while on the drift at 7/4 as it was the best horse and I didn’t know why it drifted but it certainly made me sweat and it was obvious now it was the ground.
Looks a decent type on better ground as that was a bog and Coleman done well to steer him away from the main bits that were looking awful.

fair enough, i think if u have a pc and go to sporting life race card, open each runner in a new tab, in your mind have the race distance and class, then the horses rating. then look at those conditions compared to what it’s done before and you will soon be discounting a few, and also you’ll sometimes find some decent looking value
