OISIN MURPHY has been quick to make an impact on his return to home shores and gets the leg up on a couple of likely winners at Lingfield.
Joseph O'Brien has placed his horses to good advantage in the UK this winter and DARK VADER (4.00) beat a previous winner in Power Home when scoring readily at Dundalk last month. He is fancied to defy top weight, with Auchterarder his main threat.
John Gosden has also claimed Murphy's service on board MAXIMUM EFFECT (3.00). She hasn't been seen since flopping at Chelmsford City in November but had previously won a Kempton maiden.
Gosden saddles LISBET (2.30) at bigger odds and she shaped okay at Southwell when a staying-on third to warm favourite Iron Heart. The daughter of Frankel doesn't appear badly treated on a mark of 67 for her handicap bow.
There is a lot of dead wood in the 1m 5f handicap and Roger Charlton's IN DEMAND (3.30) will never have a better chance to break his maiden tag. His third to recent improver Estrela Star at Kempton sets the standard.

Byethebay is now 10/11 from the 5/4 I got it at and is by far the best rated but who knows with this carry on. Lol

it was an absolute farce of a ride, start of the home straight he restrains the horse until enough gap has been opened up and then closes in, 100% the horse wins if the race was run honestly.
obviously we know now all horses are trying to win every race but it is still very annoying when it is costing you 4folds etc. guess it’s why they call this a mugs game.
