Firstly, thanks to Cairnzy for filling in for me. He managed to put up a winner, which is always great to see on a day which was fairly terrible for racing.
With the jumps meetings still being abandoned, we've been left with the AW action again. It's not exactly my strong point but I think today's selection will be too strong for the opposition he faces today.

I am surprised that HICKORY isn't an odds-on shot for this race. Yes, he beat a bunch of very poor horses on his return to the track in October, but considering that was on the back of a 792-day absence, I think connections will be extremely happy with that run. I was tempted to take him on, but I simply think he is on a good mark compared to the exposed horses in this race and should be too strong for them.
He's clearly a talented horse to win on the back of such a big absence, albeit not a strong race, but he won on debut for James Fanshawe back in 2020. For a Fanshawe 2yo to win on debut normally shows how good they are, as they are rare as rocking horse poop. He's evidently had plenty of problems off the track hence the long layoff between his first and second run, but based on that run over today's C&D it looks like they've got him sound again, and that's evident as he is running just a month after.
He has a middle number stall, which could pose problems if not breaking on terms as Daniel will have to take a seat towards the rear. However, Kempton has a long straight, so if they go a good gallop his potential position towards the rear shouldn't be an issue. I do believe he is on a good handicap mark and he is bred to be better than this. He is priced up at 11/10, which seems perfectly fair and I think if he is 100% he should win this quite cosily.

understand what your on about i dont get your point, but to think theres a number scam going on and then tey to second guess it is pure madness.
believe me all u need to do is look at paper form, gain general knowledge and learn winning combos and stick to a certain discipline and you will win although the time it may take could be a while if starting from scratch… if u get into every day after years…
race cards on bookie websites may all u need to look at u can spot fake favs a mile off and often second favs and u see the one they are teying to disguise… i can win over a year without watching a single race or replay, granted spotting horses who winners in waitig via video is ideal but not necessary at all.
remember years ago u showed a bet slip woth 15p on it, welcome ur loonyness and stabs but when i first joined this site i would put trust in complete randoms and probably staked x100 more so think its always fair to let the nonposters know ur just guessing based on imaginary number patterns and only 15p a time :D #LEARNWINNINGCOMBOS #FOLOWRECENTWINNERS

anyway, what do u think is the reason that the real
smart money comes late, like real late?? as if the call goes out a minute before the off when the result has been finalised etc… cant be in the kows waiting till the last second doesnt add up.
money can be right have no handle on when to follow it but i do find front runners are often shortened so mugs feel like they got a genuine eun for thei money. endless rabbbits holes in this game
