GOODTOKNOW is a horse I have advised before and had to advise again with the going at Aintree heay to soft in places and it’s only going to get worse with the forecast.
Goodtoknow (Aintree 1.30) has won four of his seven runs on heavy going and also been second once, his last run on this going was when beating Mountainous at Hereford.
The Happy Chappy (Sandown 3.30) will certainly be a happy chappy if the going isn’t too soft at Sandown and I think it won’t which makes this horse look a big price.
He is two wins and a second this season and is looking to win three in a row today, although his last two have come at shorter distances. The step up in distance looks like what he needs, especially on a stamina testing course like this. He has taken really well to chasing and looks to have plenty of improvement in him.
Corinthia Knight (Wolverhampton 7.45) is a good bet in what looks a two horse race. He was a good fourth at Del Mar in November behind Declarationofpeace.
Sound and Silence was second that day a couple of lengths ahead of Corinthia Knight but that was off level weights and today Corinthia Knight receives 7lb and also has the advantage of all weather experience where he is a course winner. He has only been beat once on the all weather when second to Invincible Army.
Cohesion (Wolverhampton 8.15) is sure to like the step back up in distance here. His last run can be marked up as the race wasn’t run to suit, it was run with no pace and the shorter distance didn’t help but it was still a very creditable fourth.
He has run twice here and run well both times, winning one, so the surface is fine. It should be between him and Watersmeet although Brandon Castle probably can’t be ruled out but I think Cohesion will take a bit of stopping today.

Very rarely comment on the racing page. I’m a viewer, but seriously there are some real sad cases out there sat in their bedroom with nothing else to do.
