Rock On Rita was a nice winner for yesterday's threat, winning at an advised price of 5/1, but going off at a much shorter price of 9/4. When the money arrived, it made me a lot more confident, as the money came last time, so they were clearly avenging that poor run at Doncaster.

Leicester 3:20

I put up Game Of War in the same race that FAMILY BUSINESS ran in and won last time out at Leicester over this distance. I was impressed by the winner that day, and when you consider it was his first start for the Richard Hobson stable since moving from France.

The money was down last time out, which made it no surprise to see him win. The manner in which he won suggested there was more to come, and that he might come on for the run. This race is a tougher assignment, which is contested by the runner-up and third places horses in the race he won lto, who re-oppose on better weights. However, even though they are on better terms, he probably won easier than what it visually looked like. That was his first run for 84 days, which means he might've come on for that run, and now he's had a few more weeks at the yard, they will know more about him.

He clearly handles this track/trip and will run well on the ground, and is open to plenty of improvement as he is still a 5yo.
