NORTONTHORPE BOY (4.45) is at the top of his game and can defy top weight in a modest mile handicap at Kempton.
He stayed on stoutly over seven furlongs at Southwell three days ago but couldn't quite cope with an unexposed sort in Woke Media. Nortonthorpe Boy beat re-opposing Banoffee over seven furlongs here last Wednesday and seems sure to run his race again.
MELODY OF LIFE (6.50) could manage only third when well-fancied at Lingfield but strongly-supported winner La Tihaty looked pretty smart. Andrew Balding's colt is worth a second chance in the 7f novice stakes. Sir Mark Prescott introduces a well-bred type in Polar Ice and the market should be informative.

I really hope JohnB would return to the site with tips for the big festival racing events. I said this before but his ante post bets and his selections at big meets were great more often than not. Everrytime a big meet comes close, i just think what hed be tipping at huge odds and it coming through lol.
