Yesterday's selections were poor. Nakadam is a horse to remain on the right side of, in my opinion, but probably over trips like 4m which I mentioned yesterday, as he doesn't seem to have the gears to compete over yesterday's shorter trip. As for the bumper horse, that was a tragic performance, and looks like he doesn't possess the same level of ability as his siblings.

Today's racing looks tragic, which is nothing out of the ordinary for Monday's racing, where most of the time it is full of rubbish races. At this time of year, I only focus on the jumps meetings, as I don't have any interest in the All-Weather, so with that being said, I am going to give LUSITANIEN another chance to prove he is better than his current rating of 99.
Connections of this horse don't fill me with confidence as they have been known to pick and choose when their horses fancy winning. However, I refuse to believe that this animal is not better than his current handicap mark after the way he travelled through his race at Chepstow. That race was a decent race for the grade, and this lad came swinging a few furlongs from home, but then got tired and was easily beaten into 6th, 23L behind the winner. They then sent him on a long trip from South Wales to Sedgefield, which is what caught my eye that they were willing to go for it last time out, but he was brought down by a faller early on in the race, which was very unfortunate. The fact he returns to racing means he wasn't injured when being brought down, so hopefully he remains in good spirits and can prove that this drop in trip is what will bring out a winner.

It’s only Monday, I won’t be losing much and these are certainly not tips.
15.30 FAIRY GEM is 6/4 with Sky. I mentioned BET365 are slow to adjust prices earlier this week and the horse is still 11/4 with them. It opened around 5s, the trainer hasn’t sent any here recently but won 3 outta 4 here last year boasting the best strike rate over the last 10 years albeit from just 29 runners. ALAN KING has the 2nd best strike rate here and he has 12.30 SONNING 15/8 in the first, a horse who has already won, the trainer has an excellent win percentages in these races at this track, although most go off at 1-2.
Knowing racing, this is unlikely to pay off but I thought if betting loose change, the risk is worth the reward – but again I expect this to lose. I will also risk around £2, an amount I don’t blink at losing on FENRIR BINDING 11/2 in the 14.30.
GAVIN SHEEHAN is the hottest jockey around at the moment, 6 wins from 10 rides. He rides for Greatrex a fair bit and is on board 3 of his. The trainer does OK in bumpers and runs 15.30 MOUSETRAP 11/1, this horse has drifted massively and that is off putting but I am on regardless. 14.30 BOLSOVER BILL 12/1 makes his hcap after a series of runs where he has been effectively last, as such he cannot be tipped but at the price, I will have a small nibble but won’t expect a return.

The NR in the bumper means I will go MILLY’S DAUGHTER 6/1 ew with 4 places paid. No real reward for the place, total unknown so interest stakes.

hope you had the same result i did. i figured sky where the ones to side with out of the major firms given they are actually more ahead of the american market than the americans are.
most american racing tracks have their own free live stream, so you can go on that and see the US prices and compare, i thought you could find a good thing is prices were massively different, however i saw a 5/2 in USA, it was 12/1 on sky, needless to say it drifted big in american and sky were right. good luck
Yeah it’s Bet365 who are the ones to get it wrong more than any as they put prices up very early like the horse above.
I saw Skybet(they show the US racing so should know there odds) had it 10/11,Boyle EVS and Paddy Power 8/11 and Bet365 didn’t go 6/4 for a while only for it to go off at 8/15.
Bet365 still had 8/11 not long before the off and fir a horse that cruised it they had it all wrong for well over an few hour?
Only problem is trying to see these horses with 7/8 meetings a night n all the races!
Maybe I’ll give up my day job? Lol
