THIS promises to be another fiercely competitive handicap and it might be sensible to tread carefully in the betting with so many who have a chance.
They will set off at an almighty pace and there will be no let up before the end so the winner will need to be able to travel at a good pace for the full two miles.

Main Selection: The Game Changer
Gordon Elliott the trainer is vey keen on this one and he hasn’t been seen since October. It looks to me like Elliott knows how good the horse is and has put him away waiting for the better spring ground. A good each way prospect.
Each way selection: Aso (only if the ground turns soft)
I have been impressed with Aso this season and the 40-1 available at the moment will disappear if the predicted rain comes. This one is a fighter who ill stay all the way up the hill but only get involved if it rains.
The Game Changer – 1 point each way at 10-1 with Totesport
Aso – 1 point each way at 40-1 with Totesport (only if the ground turns soft)
