IT'S time for Kelso to take centre stage today with live coverage on ITV racing which is a great boost for the Borders track.
It’s a great course where they regularly have good competitive jumps racing and today is no different. There are two horses that I think are good value for a bet.
3.00pm Kelso
This is a really competitive race with several horses who won last time out and have jumped up significantly in the weights as a result. Blue Flight is up 14lb, Claud and Goldie is up 10lb and Some Chaos is up 11lb.
They will all likely have to run their best ever races to win and the one I like who is on a more reasonable mark is CAPARD KING. He gets in here on a very low weight at the bottom of the handicap and over this staying trip I think that will stand him in good stead.
3.35pm Kelso
BURROWS PARK ran reasonably well at the festival in the Martin Pipe despite making a couple of errors and that was a much hotter race than this one.
Presumably he is in good shape if they turn him out again today and I expect to go very close at a nice each way price.
