ONLY SPOOFING (5.00) can complete a quick hat-trick with little fuss in the finale at Hamilton.
Jedd O’Keefe’s sprinter had plenty in hand when scoring over course and distance last month and hacked up at Beverley seven days ago, despite rearing slightly as the gates opened. He is due to go up another 9lb so is very well in this afternoon if this easier surface is no significant disadvantage.
Jim Goldie’s in-form mare Jessie Allan is out again quickly after Monday’s Ayr triumph but is liable to be taken off her feet by Only Spoofing.
The Conditions race over six furlongs is a little crackerjack of a contest with SIR DANCELOT (3.30) just getting the nod over Laugh A Minute and Kimberella.
David Elsworth doesn’t send many to Hamilton and Sir Dancelot will find this less daunting than his third to Harry Angel at Haydock and a second to Brando at Newmarket.
Roger Varian’s Laugh A Minute is dangerous receiving the three-year-old weight-for-age allowance and the colt didn’t enjoy the clearest of runs on his comeback at Ascot behind Invincible Army. He won the big sales race at Doncaster last September and his second to Wells Farhh Go at York was another very solid indicator. Soft ground would be no inconvenience.
Kimberella has speed to burn and ran the flying Kachy to a short head at Lingfield in February. He again blitzed them from the front when seeing off So Beloved over seven furlongs at Thirsk and it is easy to ignore his Leicester flop on heavy ground last time.
AASHEQ (4.00) is a strong fancy in the 1m 1f handicap to supplement his recent Chester success. Tim Easterby’s five-year-old had a bit up his sleeve when beating Mukhayyan and previous winners Fast Dancer and Stonific.
I’m a bit loathe to desert previous winning Hamilton tip Zabeel Star but he was down the field in seventh when Aasheq ran third to Extra Mile at Newcastle in April. Useful Novelty Seeker was off the track for a long period before his no-show return, while Chinese Spirit was thumped nine lengths by Rockwood at Musselburgh last Saturday.
INEXES (4.30) hasn’t shown much in two starts this season but he won this race last year from a 2lb higher perch. Marjorie Fife’s gelding always seems to come alive at Hamilton and this easy surface is ideal.
KING’S GOLD (3.00) and Akamonto are difficult to split in the 1m 5f handicap.
Most of these Class 6 horses aren’t too consistent but if King’s Gold can repeat his last run at Catterick when chasing home New Society he will be hard to beat, especially with New Society romping home by 10 lengths next time at Pontefract.
Akamonto stepped up on previous form to split subsequent winners Theglasgowarrior and Northwest Frontier at Musselburgh in early May and Andrew Breslin takes off 7lb.

How do you pick these golf tips JohnB, do you have a system or is it more considered opinion.
As detailed as the racing with weather conditions, grass type, player playing styles, course configuration, matching players with similar courses
Horses for courses then essentially, they are doing well though keep up the good work.
Thanks.
