NOT every horse takes to the kick-back at Chelmsford City but AREEN HEART (7.15) handled it perfectly well when third to Mizaah on his penultimate start.
David O’Meara’s gelding was a shade unlucky that day as he was hampered two out before running on late.
Areen Heart was sent to Lingfield last Thursday for a highly competitive contest and he ran probably his best race to date when denied by neck. Stall two is ideal and the handicapper has left his mark untouched.
There is a quality mares’ novices’ hurdle at Newbury and POSH TRISH (2.25) can continue Paul Nicholls’ good run. She was only 10th in the big Aintree bumper in April and has ground to make up on third placed Duhallow Gesture on that form.
However, her hurdling experience may be worth a few lengths and we know she is race-fit.

I know from seeing this gelding work in the flesh how much he cas come on from his first run earlier in the year. Do not worry about his fitness as the news papers try to put doubt into punters minds they have him more than ready today trust me.
I also know from speaking to someone in josephs yard they dont think theirs wins today so this makes first run look a very strong bet. The money will come late from the big players, mine is down already.
First run wins with his head in his chest was the exact words i was told. 11/8 looks massive value.
