ENDA Bolger has enjoyed great success in the cross country sphere, saddling 15 winners in the last 38 of these type of races at Cheltenham through the likes of Garde Champetre, L’Ami and Heads Onthe Ground.

This year's Bolger candidate is Arabella Boy, a horse that has won twice around Punchestown's cross-country circuit but did not complete the course at Cheltenham in December.

Anyway, there are a number of horses that can win this race including Uncle Junior who will take his chance for Willie Mullins, Any Currency and Saddlers Storm.

A New Story is an amazing 15 year old. He won the race in 2010, and has also been third twice and fourth once. But maybe he's too old for this one.

Outlaw Pete has form on all ground but prefers some cut. He triumphed in the main cross country trial at Cheltenham back in December, in a race where Arabella Boy unseated Nina Carberry.

Former winner, Sizing Australia hast his best days are behind him now while Big Shu and Bostons Angel have both good chances to get a place. Bostons Angel had lost his way over conventional fences but has been sparked back to life by a change of discipline as on his first start over the banks he finished second to Arabella Boy at Punchestown.
