WE could be just two weeks to a return to top-class action with the Bundesliga moving into pole position for a restart.
Football bosses have ordered 25,000 tests costing £2.2million and a maximum of 322 people will be allowed in the stadium.
That number includes players, coaches, medics and media and it looks as if all will be tested before each game.
And to top it all off stars will take their kit home and wash it – just like the good old days. Poor old Jadon Sancho won't even be able to drop his strip round at his mum's.
All this of course needs government clearance but with these procedures in place it looks like games could get the go-ahead.
Meanwhile, we have to make do with Belarus and the Premier League return to action on Friday with Smolevichi vs Dinamo Minsk (4pm) and Neman Grodno vs BGU (6pm).
Dinamo will be desperate to beat the promoted side after an indifferent start to their campaign and sit a lowly 12th.
Smolevichi have drawn three of their five matches but their three points leaves them down in 15th.

Neman have collected just one win from five games and sit third bottom. BGU started with three wins but have followed that with three losses and haven't won at Neman since 2003,
It's another tough one to call so again corners and cards could be the way to go.

In France they were talking about resuming training at the beginning of May with a view to restarting late May/early June, testing everyone concerned twice a day, also the players and managers aren’t too happy about it either saying they need 6 weeks to be match fit after the lockdown. For me Everton Gomes, Brighton Maupay and Wolves Jota are the 3 best players on FIFA .
Maupay and Jota are the best fifa 20 players at their respective clubs both have decent opponents as you would at this stage but I’m gonna back these players as they have been most impressive so far and have ability to score and importantly keep possession of the ball making difficult for the opponent to get the same opportunities .
Gomes/Everton i feel will have to much ability v Sterling/Man City – who was very open v Palace/Zaha.
Based on that I am hopeful that they will all win.
But as @alexmufc says the goals / over market has been clipped – which is where the money was coming in and being made

Today you’re looking at 1/15 for Over 3.5 MGls in the first game, and 1/5 in the others. Don’t see any value in any markets and WDW too tough to call. The only possible one worthy of a look is first half goals, with the goal line set at 2.5 FHGls it’s not great.

afternoon macca, uefa announced yesterday that countries that called their leagues will still qualify for europe next season, they did say that they would prefer to see leagues concluded though, you may have missed it……………
Yip crane, the government saying that there will be no sports before September 1st means that there are exceptional circumstances and that Dutch teams will be allowed to play in Europe. (Ratification pending)
UEFA have said there are 2 reasons leagues can call a halt immediately
1- existence of an official order from a government meaning leagues cannot be completed in good time for next season to start (which qualifies the Dutch league to end)
2- insurmountable economical problems which could cause the league and or clubs long term stability.
With 2 teams tied on points and another 2 within reasonable touching distance at the top they’ve called it null and void with no hope of any games getting played rather than trying to get playoffs or whatever in.
Which means no Europe for the dutch sides.
UEFA have said they will consider an order from a government as an exceptional circumstance and look at it accordingly. There’s an order from the Dutch government. What aren’t you getting ?
