HOLIDAY bookings may be down but Belarus bookings are on the way up.

Over the weekend refs handed out cards like confetti – maybe because weddings have been cancelled.

Refs and booking points in Belarus are a marriage made in heaven with Sunday's two games producing six bookings each after 27 in four on Saturday.

It's worth looking out for next weekend for round three of the only European league in action.

Well done to all the winners and good luck if you spot anything you fancy for Monday.

There are more esports of course and we're looking at bringing an expert tipster on board.

And if you're at a loose end check out Selectabet's Classic matches posted on Sunday – there are some crackers in there.

He asks what you'd want to see again in full and for me it would be the 1990 Scottish Cup semi-final between Clydebank vs Celtic. It was the biggest game on Bankies' history and sadly I was on my honeymoon. To my credit I tried to get back from Spain but couldn't get a flight.

Still no idea about whether the season will be wiped or finished after some mixed messages from UEFA over the weekend.

The EPL seems determined to get it done or risk handing back hundreds of millions of pounds in TV revenue and that could be good news for Liverpool fans.

Meanwhile, stay safe and bet with minimum stakes until you see something you really know about.

2 Yellows + 1 Red by HT, slightly concerned although only need 2 more yellows as an early red can sometimes bring the cards to a screeching halt. Can’t see Walter contributing much with a healthy lead now….

Prices proved to big and went off at evens for over 4.5 goals so good to get on early 😀

Sticking with the Nicaraguan Youth theme and reckon this one looks a touch to generous for 4 or more…small stakes but certainly worth ago:

Walter Ferretti U20 VS. Chinandega U20

Looks like the premier league are drawing up plans to finish the season behind closed doors with all games televised.

They’re desperate to save their cash. EPL need the TV money as do the Championship clubs.

A report in the Times yesterday suggested that the season would be a 29 games season instead of 38 with only 4 teams needing to play more games . The season would then be finished with relegation etc settled at that stage.

Makes sense to finish the league somehow

Yeah, give Liverpool the title and have play-offs for Euro places and relegation.

The deputy chief of health said in the telegraph the restrictions could stay in place for possibly six months due to not yet having an exit strategy, to lift restrictions too early could be counter productive.
If you think football will commence anytime soon your living in a dreamworld with hints of desperation.
The FA are planning this ,The FA are going to do that the FA will do as they are told . Peoples lives are more important than who’s going to win any leagues . Play behind closed doors and be televised, lol that should be interesting with social distancing in place lol .
Come June when players contracts are up think you will find many wont be renewed in an effort for clubs to save money .
Anyway it’s all irrelevant, what’s important is getting through this by playing by the rules ,the longer we are in lockdown the sooner we can defeat it and get back to normal.
I hear today the exhibition centre in Glasgow is to be fitted out as a temporary hospital, to join London, Birmingham and Manchester plus a hall at the NEC has been converted into a temporary mortuary.
Football/ sport is no longer important, living is . If your bored, volunteer, sure would be made welcome

Basically no one has a clue but they’re hoping for the best.
Volunteering’s a great idea – I’d do it if I wasn’t still working and had an empty house.

I am at the age they class as at risk and not allowed to volunteer. The under 30’s ,I’m sure think it only affects older people. It’s not discriminating its killing all .
Great to see fit and healthy people volunteering and doing anything to help , the old british bulldog mentality that over the years has been lost , back now though with a vengeance. NHS workers have shown their worth . Hope they are not forgotten when this is all over .

I was told the SECC was putting hospital beds in last Monday. Scotland isn’t too bad just now compared to others but it’ll be at least 8 wks of this so better get used to it. Folked laughed at me at work for doing the virtual bets promos but bet they’re aw over them the now. I wonder if Bet365 will do their annual promo of 50% money back as cash on the VGN this wknd 😂

If all players from 2 teams have been tested and don’t have the virus there shouldn’t be a problem to play behind closed doors. Not playing is a massive money loss for teams so let’s hope the money starts talking and they find a way to make the government let them play.
