ROY HODGSON is odds on at 2-9 with Ladbrokes to see out his initial four-year contract.
The newly-appointed England manager is also 8-1 to win any trophy with the national side during his tenure but just 11-4 to be sacked before qualification for the 2014 World Cup starts.
The book is also open on various aspects of his team selection and it's 8-11 four or fewer Liverpool players make the plane and 6-1 a Liverpool star scores the first goal in Hodgson's first game.

My money is on germany this time. Had a great showing at world cup with a young squad. The likes of muller and ozil have matured into even better players and we all know the germans, unlike england, have a good big game mentality and save their best for the major tourneys. Cant write off spain but germans will want revenge for WC semi defeat and i think germans will shade it if they play them and also have the indian sign over dutch major tourneys. Looking at an ew outsidershot i would probably look at portugal
what about france or italy for ew bet, with you on germany. there always there about.
I just think the french and italians have been on a downward slope in recent years but your right they cant be written off!
