SCOTLAND'S failure to get a result against lowly Lithuania not only put their chances of qualifying for the 2018 World Cup in doubt it also downed @ticketyboo's charity treble. Thanks lads!!
Hopefully we'll fare better this weekend when @wakeygills steps up to the plate in honour of his chosen charity Williams Syndrome Foundation.
Williams Syndrome is a rare congenital disorder that occurs randomly and affects around one in 18,000 people in the UK. It is non-hereditary and causes distinctive facial characteristics a wide range of learning difficulties. Infants often have delayed development and can develop physical and mental health problems, including anxiety and depression in later life. All WS people tend to be talkative and excessively friendly towards adults.
That sounds like a really worthy cause. @wakeygills has a £25 free bet at Ladbrokes and he's opted to go with a win treble on Brighton, Scunthorpe and Doncaster.
@wakeygills Bet
- Brighton
- Scunthorpe
- Doncaster
Pays £128.00 at Ladbrokes (excluding £25 stake)
How to take part
To be in the draw for next week's Charity Bet, Silver and Gold Members should simply post their chosen charity in the comments section below. I'll choose one lucky member from those that have nominated a charity. That member will then choose a bet, which will be placed at Ladbrokes, to the value of £25. This can be either a single, double or treble. If the bet wins we'll send the winnings on to the nominated charity. Any winnings will not include the stake.
Get involved and do your bit.
And I’d just like to add that as a father of a Williams syndrome child, this foundation has helped us greatly since his diagnosis earlier this year.
And thank you!
