THERE'S a blockbuster quarter-final at the Masters snooker this afternoon as world No.1 Mark Selby and Ronnie O'Sullivan go head to head.
The pair last met in the 2014 World Championship Final where Selby prevailed 18-14 to avenge his 10-4 loss to the Rocket in the Masters final four months earlier.
Selby has been in scintillating form this week, whitewashing Ricky Walden in the previous round, but is 13-10 underdog today at the likes of Boylesports and BetVictor.
O'Sullivan wasn't as convincing in his first-round win, edging out Mark Williams 6-5 in his comeback to the major tournament stage, but his reputation goes before him and he's chalked up at 10-13 favourite (marathonbet).
With both players capable of mercurial snooker it could be a close affair so the over 9.5 frame line in the best of 11 showdown looks decent at 10-11 with bet365.
The later match sees Mark Allen start as 8-13 favourite (Ladbrokes) in his last-eight battle with Barry Hawkins, an 11-8 chance at Totesport.
England's cricketers, who lead 1-0, begin the third Test against South Africa in Johannesburg this morning looking to clinch victory in the four-match series.
The tourists are 19-10 at bwin while the Proteas are 7-4 at 10bet and the draw pays 9-4 at Betway.
Other sporting highlights including tennis and NBA so as usual let's hear your tips and thoughts and good luck with your bets.

Stayed away from betting yesterday with all the team news of players being left out.
GREAT BET
Bulls at 76s
76s Ish Smith , over 15.5 points , tipping him again as his points should be higher,. have watched the last two games of the 76s and he has been getting this quota easily and expect him to do this again, in his last two matches he has scored 3 out 3 , 3 pointers , dont know why he doesnt shot more from out side the arc. Really expect him to get this as long as he doesnt get rested.
£100 returns £180.00
Only bet for today.
Forgot to bet last night as I was busy.. I’m not even going to mention my leans, it’ll make me sick.
Tonight we have some interesting matchups.. Raptors @ Magic which is actually being played at the O2 in London.
My early lean for this game is Over 192.5.
Total seems rather low to me, considering the commercial aspects they will want to put up a show tonight and I’d expect a fairly high scoring game.
Cavs @ Spurs… big one and wish I could stay up to watch this (work gets in the way), early lean Spurs -5.5.
Other lean… Lakers +16.5
Haven’t had a chance to look at other games yet, and doubt I will until later this evening.
Early thoughts guys?
Thx Jordan was on double ammo for weekend nfl games were as last week all road teams won thinkin at least three maybe four home teams any thoughts ?
I actually took a ML double of two home teams last night. Fourfold of three home teams and a road team. Will post later today.

Prob not, although Fenerbahce game looks good for unders. Also like the look of the big German Zirbes (Zvezda) to go over 6.5 boards as a prop.

Sorry, should have put that in the post. Was tempted by a few others but it’s a small card and thought Anitabes looked like the safer option.

At this stage of the season, two weeks off and a home field advantage is huge. It also helps when you have a host of your players healthy and probable, which is now the case for the Patriots. There are a few unwritten rules when it comes to betting in the NFL. One of them is not to back against Brady and Belichick in Foxborough in the playoffs. For me, Bill Belichick is the best coach in the league right now, and could go into the HOF as the best coach in NFL history. For him to have two weeks to prepare against any team is a big advantage. The Chiefs come into Foxborough as the most in form team in the NFL with 11 wins in a row, but last week there star receiver Jeremy Maclin went down in Houston with a knee/ankle injury and hasn’t practised all week. That could be bad for KC as that’ll leave tight end Travis Kelce and the two running back West and Ware with a lot of work to take on. You don’t want to be one dimensional against the Patriots. They also have two starting offensive linemen in the concussion protocol. The Patriots themselves will be glad to have names such as Edelman, Hightower, Freeny, Vollmer and Jones all probable. The Chiefs may be hot here but for me they haven’t beaten too many ‘good’ teams this season. Brian Hoyer gifted them the game last week with his multiple turnovers, a week beofre that they narrowly slid past the Cleveland Browns 17-14, beat a decimated Ravens team in Baltimore with a QB signed a couple weeks before hand, only managed a 10-3 win against the Chargers at home a week before then. Basically, they’ve had an easy run, much like the Redskins did. Their only real wins against teams to note were in Denver when Peyton threw 4 picks and was benched for Brock Osweiler, and a Steelers team led by Landry Jones when Big Ben was hurt. I will take a healthy Brady at home everyday of the week.
The next game in the double takes us back to Phoenix, Arizona where my Packers were absolutely destroyed a couple of weeks ago 38-8. They did have problems on the offensive line though with three starting linemen out. That won’t be the case this time round, however, they might be without their best corner back once more in Sam Shields who seems to be taking a lifetime to come back from a concussion. Rookie corner back Quinten Rollins is also a doubt after suffering a quad injury after making a good play in Washington. So that’s two starting defensive backs out, not what you’d like coming up against one of if not the best vertical offenses in the league. We’ll also likely be without wide receiver Davante Adams, aka Mr January as Aaron Rodgers dubbed him. Seems to not exist in the regular season then all of a sudden comes alive in the playoffs, exactly like he did last year, and exactly like he did in Washington last week. Obviously if my Packers pull off the unthinkable and get to their second NFC Championship in two seasons I will not mind losing my money, but the fact of the matter is I can’t see it against a team I have to win it all.
I’ll be short and sweet on the next two games, but a lot of bookies aren’t giving many markets for the Steelers/Broncos game as nobody knows if Big Ben or Antonio Brown will play after both suffering injuries last week in Cincinnati. Big Ben has apparently torn tendons in his shoulder, and Antonio Brown took a nasty hit which looked to knock him out cold, and resulted in Vontaze Burfict receiving a suspension for the first few games next season. There was words said that Antonio Brown was fine after the game and supposedly winked towards somebody, but I’d be surprised if he can go with the strict protocol the NFL have on concussions. He or Big Ben are yet to practise this week along with a few other key players. I’ll take Denver who have Peyton Manning back under center and could really expose the Steelers extremely poor secondary. The Steelers did beat the Broncos a few weeks ago, but that was in Pittsburgh with Osweiler under center, who still managed to throw for 3 touchdowns and just under 300 yards.
The final game I’m taking is just a hunch. The team with the best record in the NFL this season is only being given a -2.5 against the Seahawks, which is a tip of the cap towards the team that has appeared in the last two Super Bowls. Some will argue that the Seahawks shouldn’t be here, @lee-cunliffe and Vikings kicker Blair Walsh are two examples. But the fact is they are. This one is really a flip of the coin for me, but I’ve seen enough of the Panthers this season to think that they got lucky on more than one occasion. My Packers could have tied the game in Carolina with a big comeback in the second half, the Saints nearly beat them in New Orleans in a shootout, the Giants came back from big deficit to tie it late on, only to lose out to a field goal, the horrible, horrible Falcons giving them their only loss of the season, and probably their most significant win in the season was in Seattle on a blown coverage with under a minute to play. The Panthers will be getting Jonathan Stewart back which is good for them, but in the last couple of games they lost two of their starting corners for the season. That leaves Josh Norman on his own, which is ok for cover on Doug Baldwin, but bad for those who are likely to be in cover against Lockett and Baldwin. Marshawn Lynch is still a game time decision, and if he plays then that’s even better as it’ll be one more player who the Panthers will be drawn to on offense.
As some of you saw last week, anything can happen in a matter of minutes, so if you follow, bet what you can afford to lose. Good luck.

Cycling: Tour Down Under 2016
The cycling season kicks of next Tuesday with the Tour Down Under race in and around Adelaide. The uphill sprint in Stirling and Willunga Hill are the places were the race is won the last couple of years. This year they included the Corkscrew climb in stage 3 which also can help to win some seconds for the main contenders. The 6 stage race is always won by a couple of seconds and I think we will see the same this year. Australians Gerrans, Porte and Dennis are leading in the betting with Welshman Geraint Thomas just behind them. But I like a Columbian who is capable to win it or end on the podium.
Henao is a team mate of Thomas and I think the team see Henao as the best contender in this race. Thomas wants to be at his best in the Belgian classics and I think he is in Australia to get kilometers in his legs instead of winning. Henao is really suitable for this race and is very fast on short climbs, that’s make him a serious contender to win this race.
Tour Down Under outright:
Sergio Henao each-way @ 26.00 with Coral
(others have already shortened him to 12.00 & 15.00, making him the 4th favourite)
365 opened 9.00 for Henao. Paddy just cut him to 10.00
I think the referees are gonna need an escort out the stadium in the Fenerbahce game!!!
What a 4th quarter from fenerbache! noisy crowd, 5fold is looking good!
Different class in the 4th. Not a pretty game but quite a spectacle! You can always rely on the Turks for an atmosphere. Bobby Dixon had an absolute stinker of a game….glad they stuck him on the bench in the 2nd half.
Kuban are now my fav team to hate….falling to the floor everytime someone went near them!
Thanks for the tips mate I cashed out of your fivefold as I’ve had a crap few days and made some good profit! Awesome tipping once again
Ya thought they were very soft with the freethrows! Great tipping again hunter!
Jordan great write agree with your three home teams just hope the panthers win as my pre playoff tip at 4/1 still think they being underated this season .cam newton like Russell Wilson can run like running backs .and josh Norman is making things happen as corner .panthers are not a high profile team but think it could be their year .
Raptors show going on in the London game, great to watch.
Took the over 192.5 mentioned by @raoul earlier and total is now at +199.
Nothing is guaranteed but if they keep it going they’ll cover easily.
Do they actually travel to London with their whole break-time dunk team and cheerleaders?
I wanna know how many times the commentator has said “here in london” must be a good 50 haha
Well … very poor 2nd half tho +192.5 is in and we’re having an OT.

Just waiting on the Anitabes game tomorrow for the last leg of the fivefold.
Was a little lucky with the CSKA / Barca leg. CSKA were a different class….AGAIN! I presumed the +11.5 would be easily covered but it was from from that. CSKA hardly missed till the 4th. Very impressive display from them and I really can’t see past them taking the title home to Moscow. They are available at 2/1 which is short but I’m sorely tempted to throw a large chunk of profit at it.
So it’s a short wait until tomorrow to see if the fivefold lands. Anitabes are 7 wins from 8 at home. Rouen are 1 win from 7 away. With any luck the trend will continue tomorrow.
Good luck with the rest of your night guys.
Fingers crossed @hunter!

JR alert! ?
He was o12.5 on 365 as well!
Horrible price though Nick. He was 13.5 @ 5/6 @ PP but I thought Aldridge would have a nice game. Yet to ignite though.
Might put a bit on cousins o26.5, last 6 games he’s been on fire!
Yeah I’d be inclined to take Points and Rebounds. I was looking at Lillards PR&A last night but left it because the Jazz are back to their defensive ways and he went off!
See, he’s effin nailing it on the points and boards haha
Gutted I didn’t take it, been trying not to chase losses recently and the later bets have been winning more than not :(
That’s it mate. Trouble with picking one bet is that you always feel sick when the others come in. That’s the trouble with 50/50 betting though. Good to hear you’re showing some discipline young man haha
I’m learning haha
I’ll look through the props tomorrow and pick out a few, I just really struggle to pick between them as I’m not willing to stake enough for them all.
Then usually pick wrong :(
Has Tomic’s game been called off? My bet has been voided.
Jimmy Buckets 20-23 free throws at the end of the 3rd haha
Well, unless Aldridge goes off second half I can’t see my bet landing!
