ANDY MURRAY hopes to close in on the world No.1 spot at this week's China Open where the Scot is 11-8 title favourite at BetVictor in the absence of Novak Djokovic.
Murray begins his glory bid this morning at around 9am UK time and should have no problems seeing off Andreas Seppi for the eighth straight time.
Tie of the round looks to be German starlet Alexander Zverev – who beat Stan Wawrinka to win last week's St Petersburg Open and is 5-6 at Boylesports to take down world No.10 Dominic Thiem (11-10, Skybet).
British women's No.1 Johanna Konta is also in China action this morning and is chalked up at 1-3 to get the better of Timea Babos (12-5, BetVictor).
There's also the likes of snooker and darts worth a flutter today so feel free to add all your sporting tips and chat.

Unfortunately Partizan came flying out the blocks and pretty much killed the unders within the 1st Quarter. The game opened up after that and it was never going to land.

Need to turn things round this week and I will be looking to the VTB League where Astana entertain Kazan.
Both teams will look to follow-up on their opening day victories and I think Kazan will come out on top. The spread does look appealing but I think the total points is set too low for these two attack minded teams. Astana average around 84 points at home and Kazan should better this.
In the last 2 matches between these two, the total was over 163.5 points – 90-103 and 100-73. All-in-all this looks good for overs.
