HISTORY beckons for Golden State Warriors tonight in their final NBA regular-season game as they aim to set a new record for most wins.

Steph Curry and Co have equalled the 72 victories achieved by Chicago Bulls in 1995-96 and the final hurdle sees them host Memphis Grizzlies who have won just two of their last 10 outings.

Meanwhile at the Monte Carlo Masters tennis, Stan Wawrinka gears up for his French Open title defence next month with a second-round tie against big-serving German Philipp Kohlschreiber.

British No.2 Aljaz Bedene attempts to upset eight-times Monte Carlo champ Rafa Nadal and is 10-1 at Marathonbet while the Spaniard is huge favourite at 1-12 with Sportingbet.

There's also the likes of cricket and baseball worth a punt today so let's hear your tips and chat and Jordan will add his NBA picks below.

One point away from a whopping £1 profit from last nights punts. Spurs only winning by 4 being the downfall with Tony parker missing two free throws with 10 seconds left. Dragic came close with 20 points and assists but didn’t play as much as he should have as he picked up four fouls quickly.

Just like that we’re down to the final regular season NBA fixture tonight so be very careful what you pick. Teams who are qualified for the playoffs and seeding secured will not risk anyone I’d imagine. Playoff implications are as follows with teams that SHOULD be motivated tonight.

    Eastern Conference

    Atlanta Hawks will be seeded:

No. 3 if Hawks win and Heat lose
No. 4 if Heat win OR if Hawks lose

    Boston Celtics will be seeded:

No. 4 if Celtics and Hawks win
No. 5 if Celtics and Hornets lose OR if Celtics win and Hawks lose
No. 6 if Hornets win and Celtics lose

    Miami Heat will be seeded:

No. 3 if Heat win OR if Hawks lose
No. 5 if Hawks win and Heat and Hornets lose
No. 6 if Hawks and Hornets win and Heat lose

    Charlotte Hornets will be seeded:

No. 5 if Heat and Hornets win OR if Hornets, Celtics and Hawks win
No. 6 if Hornets lose OR if Hornets and Celtics win and Hawks lose

    Western Conference

Portland Trail Blazers will be seeded:

No. 5 if Blazers win OR Grizzlies win and Mavericks lose
No. 6 if Blazers lose, Mavericks win

    Memphis Grizzlies will be seeded:

No. 6 if Grizzlies win and Mavericks lose
No. 7 if Grizzlies lose OR Grizzlies win and Mavericks win

    Dallas Mavericks will be seeded:

No. 5 if Mavericks win, Blazers lose and Grizzlies lose at least one game.
No. 6 if Blazers win, Mavericks win and Grizzlies lose at least one game OR if Mavericks lose and Grizzlies lose both games
No. 7 if Mavericks lose and Grizzlies win

Houston Rockets just need to win to make the playoffs

The Jazz have to win and hope the Rockets lose

    Derrick Favours (Jazz) Over 9 Rebounds @ 10/11 @ Paddys – 2.2 points

This might be it and miss as the Jazz game starts well after the Rockets game, and if the Rockets win, the Jazz are out of the playoffs so motivation might not be as high as it could be now. However, a few factors leads me to believe this could land.

First and foremost, Rudy Gobert will not be in the Jazz line up with Derrick Favors taking over at Center. The Lakers give up the 28th most defensive boards in the league. Th Jazz are the 5th best rebounding team with a differential of +3.3, whereas the Lakers rank 27th with -3.7.

Finally, this is Kobe Bryants last night on the court as a player, who will go down as one of the all time greats. No doubt in my mind that most of America will want a Kobe show. Trouble is, he’s just not cut up to it anymore. Give him all the shots he wants, there are 117 players qualified for recorded field goal percentage in the NBA this season, and guess who is 117th? Yup, Kobe. If the Kings beat the Rockets (extremely unlikely) then this could make this more of a confident punt, but for now its one of the only props I’d take tonight. The same with Gordon Hayward who’s PR&A seem decent at Over 31 @ 5/6 @ Paddys/Betfair, but how motivated will they be when tip off comes and playoffs might already be out of reach? Tough one.

Favors has been dealing with a knee injury. I imagine if the Rockets win, he won’t play much if at all.
