MY only Tuesday bet was a both teams to score double on the two Scottish games.
Stats suggested it would come up and St Mirren, Raith, Clyde and Annan all managed at least one goal.
Apologies for not marking btts on the Daily Double but anyone who read the post would have got it and I stated: “The two games could see both to score and I'm taking that as a double at just under 2-1.”
On Wednesday we have five international friendlies, some African Nations Cup qualifiers and Euro Under-21 qualifiers.
Poland have already been tipped on the site by a couple of people and I'm quite keen on them at home to Serbia, especially if Robert Lewandowski is handed a start. Croatia are better than Israel and should beat them while Romania should take care of Lithuania.
So for the Super Single I've decided to go with the Poles. It was a toss-up between the home win and over 1.5 home goals and I've gone with the latter which is a slightly bigger price.
It should come up if the likes of Lewandowski and Arkadiusz Milik start although neither is likely to play the whole game and that's something to take into account with friendlies. Lewandowski is 11-10 at 888sport to net and 16-5 at Paddy Power to score first.
Serbia have won just two out of 15 and lost four of their last five away. Manager Radovan Curcic is tasked with bringing through some young players and has named some Under-19s in his squad.
I'm not that keen on much else but risking 1pt on a treble. Croatia have named a strong squad including Mario Mandzukic, Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic and should beat Israel and I'm on Romania to beat a Lithuania side who won three games in qualifying – two against San Marino.
Complete the treble with under 2.5 goals at Slovenia v Macedonia. Slovenia are minus two of their best attackers in Robert Beric and Tim Matavz so could struggle to put away a Macedonia side who will as usual defend for their lives.
Look out for the usual tips although it's going to be a quiet week and I won't be getting too excited about the friendly internationals.
Remember to check out We Love Betting for their weekend tips and video chat.

Romania – Lithuania
——————————————————-
Romania :
– Romania drew against Italy 2-2 in a friendly match last year disputed;
– Romania qualified for the tournament in France after finishing 2nd in Group F with 20 points accumulated;
– Maxim, Chipciu and Marica are three of the most important players who was not called up by Anghel Iordanescu for this game;
– last meeting between the two teams took place in 2009, when Romania won in Vilnius 1-0 with the goal scored by Ciprian Marica;
– 5 of the last 6 games played by Romania ended in a draw, whether they were friendly or official matches;
– Romania have a series of 15 matches without defeat, the last team that beat them was Algeria, almost 2 years ago;
– after the friendly match against Lithuania, Romania will follow two other friendlies against Spain and Georgia;
——————————————————-
– Anghel Iordanescu, Romania coach : I’m interested in the results of matches with Lithuania and Spain. We are facing two important games for everyone. I called 25 players, but not yet all arrived. Sunday I did a workout with only 10 players. Lithuania is an unpredictable opponent . Spain is Spain. World and European champions, has players of great value
——————————————————-
Lithuania :
– Lithuania was defeated 3-0 by England last official games played;
– Lithuanians finished 5th in Group E standings, with 10 points accumulated 6 less than last qualified team;
– Lithuania managed only one win in their last 11 matches played, won against San Marino 2-1;
– 4 of the last 5 trips Lithuanian ended with defeats, one game without defeat was against Slovenia;
– Lithuania has one success against Romania in 2009 , 3-0;
– 4 of last 5 matches played by Lithuania ended with 2 or 3 goals scored;
– after the game against Romania, Lithuania will follow: Russia (a), Estonia (h), Latvia (a);
——————————————————-
Probable teams:
– Romania: Pantilimon – Matel, Chiriches, Moti Philip – Pintilii, Ropotan – Popa, Stanciu, Stancu – Andone
-Unavailable: Marica (injured), Maxim, Chipciu
——————————————————-
Lithuania: Cerniauskas – Freidgeimas, Mikucksis, Klimavicius, Andriuskevici – Zulpa, Panka – Petravicius, Slivka, Cernych – Matulevicius
Unavailable: –
——————————————————-
– Romania starts with the first chance in the friendly match against Lithuania, which will be held in Giurgiu;
– Although Anghel Iordanescu said it will use more reserves in this game, i think Romania will win this;
– The difference in value between the two teams is very high at the moment, and Romania should win this game without problems;
– I expect Romania to win this match since the break, and the odds offered for this event is in constant decline;
– So my prediction for this match is a victory at HT and FT;

J league cup double
Morning Hampy mate, I’ll give this a little go. Finding the Asian leagues / cups very unpredictable these days.
Always the case after transfers in japan and china mate. Obviously been alot more high profile transfers in china where as j league has seemed to mostly be within japan rather the players from bigger stages. Fairly confident it should land. Frontale look too big also at the price their at for the win. Yoko released alot of players and brought alot through the club. Frontale are scoring quite frequently at the moment. Just sticking to what ive got though

Fun offer on SKYBET:
Harry Kane special: Kane to score 260 premiership goals + in his career.
He’s on 45 already and he’s 22.
21 for the last two seasons so at that rate he hits the winner aged 33!
Ok there are a few risks, injury, off season, playing abroad etc,
But if this were an investment: buying 10 units at a pound each with either zero or 100fold return, people would snap the brokers hand off.
I’m on it.
100/1 with Skybet
Wow never seen a bet like that before.(maybe fathers betting on their kids playing for England kinda bets) The only worry is that he heads off to Real Madrid and becomes a galactico but gl.
robertc, good luck with the Kane bet but too many things can happen for me – the most likely being a move to the continent.
Also I don’t want to wait 11 years for a return.
I know what you mean, the move abroad is the worry (Barcelona maybe in a bid to emulate Gary Lineker) but with the MSN in place would they need him? Is he their type of player?
Madrid wouldn’t worry me too much with their former policy of recycling strikers after a season or so it’d still give him plenty of time.
We’ll see….I might post a monthly total to see how we’re doing in months where the league’s active

Poland to win nap 2.05
Lewandowski to score 2.05

Defence may be tweaked but piszczek and glik start
It will be a strong side
andrzejtarba, I’m happy to take a gamble on Poland and let’s hope Lewandowski does start.

It seems Serbia is in a bit of a state, MrF. What’s going on with Southampton’s Tadic? He reckons he’s quit the national team after not being picked for recent friendlies, and there seems a bit of general discord in the camp. With this in mind I feel like taking advantage but couldn’t decide on your O 1.5 Polish goals or Poland straight win toss-up. I’ve gone small stakes with the straight win. (11/10 Coral)
stagger, kind of sums up Serbia. They have some great players but rarely play as a team.

andrzejstarba, thanks for all he updates on Poland – hope it comes up.
Treble looking OK so far. Off out for a couple of beers but no football on the telly which is disappointing.
Mr f. Me too. I’m pretty confident on Poland but with friendlies you never know. Not a night to put large bets on. It’s a bit of fun.
This Romania game could scupper things. Looks like they are on top but the draws they have had are a concern. Knew I shouldn’t have bet against my ancestry!
Just watched 1st half of this game and there has been very few chances. Lithuania are mob handed in defence and trying to counter attack. To make matters worse it’s tipping down and surface is tricky now. Good luck.
Just realised I can watch it on the bookies website!
Who cares where my granny is from :) There’s the goal.

Bloody ell! Another 15/1 messed up with the last game. Covered for u1.5 Poland g’s early on so not too bad.
Is there gonna be a Super Single competition this week?
gianni, yep I’ll put one up tomorrow
Well Poland did the business but only with a 1-0 win. Surprised Lewandowski didn’t score but the serbs put up a good fight. Lewandowski got taken off in the 70th odd minute.
Main bet came in but rest did not. Broke even.
andrzejstarba, Poland won which was the main thing.
I tossed a coin and it landed the wrong side for my Super Single.
Cheers mate, ended up nearly a point down overall today but Poland to win stopped it being much worse.
?
Unlucky Crane – was willing a late 5th goal for you there.
BPA game distinct lack of goals and 2 points lost there. No 2nd half Poland goals makes it 3 points down.
Night Owl fancy is Ponte Preta who take on a poor Mogi Mirim side in the Paulista.
Home side to score Over 1.5 goals is 20/23 (2 points) and Over 2.5 at 11/4 (1 point)
Good luck
1st half red fekd it hull onwards :)
Already posted tomorrows bet but obviously it needs a bit of a write up to go with it. Ecuador have come flying out of the traps in the qualifiers with 4 wins from 4 and will be looking to make it 5 from 5 at home to Paraguay. The hosts will be without both Valencia’ (Enner and Antonio) who are both dealing with injuries. The good news for Ecuador is that the West Ham striker hasn’t scored once in their games, with Espanyol’ Caicedo leading the South American group with 4 goals, with Martinez (PUMAS) with 2. Ecuador have pulled off some good wins so far beating Argentina and Uruguay, scoring 2 or more in every game. Paraguay are the visitors who despite playing in the 3rd place playoff in the Copa America, they are still the underdogs here and have a horrible history when coming to Quito. I do like BTTS but with the way Ecuador have started their campaign you’d have to think they can score twice here even without two of their Premier League starters. Still have very good players including Swansea’ Jefferson Montero and Club Americas’ Arroyo.
There are a few more games from qualifiers I fancy. Could be a few cricket scores in Asia but there is only one team that I think could be given a hiding, and bookies know its likely to happen as markets are extremely limited so it could be one in play tomorrow. Good luck with your bets.

Jordan, I assume the potential cricket score is Japan at home to Afghanistan.
Nope!
Next guess…
Truthfully that is one of the potential cricket scores, but its not the one I’m most interested in.
Jordan, c’mon on then spill the beans. Is it Saudi Arabia, maybe China – or even your own country against Bangladesh.
All will be revealed in play Mr F ;)
Jordan, my last guesses are Australia and Iran.
Off to walk the dug then calling it a night as I have an early tee time tomorrow – weather permitting.
Enjoy! Weather permitted of course.
Jordan, after a dry week there is rain forecast so we’ll see.
Saudi Arabia vs Malaysia is the one your interested in
Nope!
kyle b, I thought it could be that but haven’t seen any goal markets.
There are 5 or 6 teams who are shorter than 1-33 to win at home.
Trouble is picking the ones who you know will be too good Mr F. Japan should be alright as most of their side plays in Europe, but China have a lot of their players in China and obviously not far into their domestic season. Might not even post anything yet but just interested in one.
the prices are ridiculous in the Asian qualification ties, Bhutan arent playing tomorrow so thats one potential cricket score eliminated. They are the biggest whipping boys like San Marino in europe. not sure what Jordan is thinking here, all I see is a round up of tightly contested fixtures ;)
