WARRINGTON WOLVES bid to continue their perfect start to the Super League season tonight when they head to Salford Reds.
The Wolves are 1-2 at Skybet to land a fourth straight win while the hosts are 9-4 at William Hill and Wolves pair Tom Lineham (8-11, Ladbrokes) and Kevin Penny (5-6, Skybet) lead the anytime scorer betting.
In the NBA there's a four-match card including Oklahoma at rampant Golden State and fellow high-fliers San Antonio at New Orelans.
Elswhere there's WTA tennis from Kuala Lumpur and Monterrey plus another big night of Premier League darts, with Lockupster providing his preview and top tips here.
As usual let's hear all your sporting tips and chat and good luck with your bets.
Disappointed with the tennis today but it’s still a good profit for the day thanks to ANETT KONTAVEIT winning 6-4 6-4 at odds of 16/5 and double stake
Petra Martic was very poor today though and I thought that was the worst serving performance I have ever seen until Polona Hercoq played,
Sorry for Hercoq everyone, that was embarrassing, 9 service games and you get broken in 7 of them by the massively overrated Heather Watson
I get disappointed when a player only plays to 70% of their potential but Hercoq maybe only played to about 10% of her potential
Yes
I was on kontaveit and your tip on Tuesday so thanks a lot johnb. Much appreciated.
If you backed the majority of the favourites tonight you won’t be upset :D
4/5 – 5 point double lands with Spurs and Denver covering the spreads outright and my alternatives. Don’t expect to see too many losers on the thread this morning. Well done all.

Just seen Shotty is on the verge of the 40/1. OKC up 20 at HT. How sickening would it be if the Clippers win when you could probably be cashing out almost full return now.
Not gonna jinx it. Nice work Shotty!
Haha mate I got very lucky, ended up waking up in time to see the Thunder game start, I backed clippers with a decent stake pre game to cover, saw thunder go well ahead so cashed out for nearly full return, then was amazed when Clippers pulled it back! Ended up winning both, obviously doesn’t help anyone who backed the bet so I’m hoping if anyone was on it they were able to cash out or cover! Gutted thunder didn’t hold on!
Great for you @shotty ! Really surprised by the Clippers come-back, Thunder seemed to have everything handled at half time.
I can’t believe it hahahahaha
Curry went through full practice today and didn’t seem limited. Just a heads up. Big one against OKC. I’ll say it again. Odds against for the Championship won’t last. Have I drilled it in your head enough? :D
Think you should say it again atleast one more time before the game! Everytime you’ve said it, I’ve stuck another couple points on ;)
think you have just about got it through to me.. haha stuck another 5 points on last night, haven’t been on all of them but have now got 10 points at 5/4 and another 5 at 6/5
Haha as long as somebody gets on it gents! Me and @huggybear518 are waiting for nice payouts! Just for a bit of comparison. This time last year was around the first time I tipped them @ 9/2. That team are a shadow of these Warriors this season.
What a comeback by the clippers!

Jordan, how many conference games do they play? GSW appear to be good odds 8/11 to win the conference when they are evens to win it outrightont you think?
Evo. It’s an ok bet but not great odds. Obviously though if Ii they they will win the Championship, they’ll win their Conference.

Of course Celtics and Raptors would have won as singles lol…..
Hanging in there this week, just need a positive end to finish in profit.
Well done to the winners.
Week Totals 3-4.
Wow what a night, my main bet lost which I was very annoyed about, the fun bet fourfold landed with the Lakers just holding on, and the 40/1 crazy bet went right down to the wire, hopefully you can see my reply to Jordan! I managed to cash out and cover and I hope if anyone was on it they were able to do the same, gutted Thunder ended up losing but what a ride!
Looks like it was a bad day for the bookies with the NBA. Didn’t have time to post any bets but managed to land a couple of Evens doubles.
Well done to all the winners.
@shotty you must be delighted you managed to cover that Longshot. Well done bud?

Darussafaka @ Cedvita (19:45GMT)
Cedevita are in terrible form at the moment and recently lost in Adriatic league to partizan by massive 21 points. Darusafaka are in pretty good shape and only lost once in their last 5 against a decent Fenerbahce 67-65. All in all I think this is a great price for the Turks.
Darussafaka (Money) @ 5/4 Coral – 2.5pts staked.
Good luck!
I’ll have a point or two on this, good luck.
I’ll have a point or two on this, good luck.
For the sake of a point I’d rather take the money line @ 5/4. Cheers anyway?
@hunter I’m taking them to win in were do I get a better price? Any recommendations
@hunter I’m taking them to win in were do I get a better price? Any recommendations
Don’t understand “money line”
Money Line means Win. It’s just the American way of putting it. Silly Americans. Also, no point in taking + 1 in basketball as your bet will be void if the lose by 1 point.
Better to have a void bet, than a losing bet Jordan. Half a point makes a big difference. Yesterday I was on the Pacers over 49.5. George goes to the line with a couple of seconds left in the quarter. He misses the second FT and the bet loses. 49 points, under 49.5.
1 point for 4/5 from 5/4 is a big jump though.
Premier League Darts week five
Singles:
Wright vs Van Gerwen – Van Gerwen over 4.5 180’s 6/5 **NAP**
Taylor vs Lewis – over 6.5 total 180’s 10/11 **NB**
Taylor vs Lewis – highest checkout score over 120.5 5/6
Thornton vs Anderson – double result Anderson (leading after 6 legs and to win) 8/11
Double:
Taylor vs Lewis – over 10.5 total legs
Chisnall vs Wade – over 10.5 total legs
11/10
Van Gerwn has hit five or more 180’s twice from four weeks in this year’s PL. He hit four against Smith last week in the 7-1 win but shoud get more opportunities against Wright who’s expected to win more legs than Smith did.
Taylor and Lewis’ total 180 count has gone over the target line of 6.5 on three occasions in this campaign. In week four they totalled 11, in week three they totalled eight and week two they totalled seven.
Highest checkout over 120.5 can be done with a minimum of one dart at treble. Lewis and Taylor are both excellent at finishing, last week they took out a 142 and a 126 respectively.
Prices with Bet365
Good luck all
On these @bullseye. Also good work on the footy, your naps been flying in recently.
Nice work @shotty, hopefully if people managed to get on they should have covered if they were up, always worth it with such long odds, nice one
Cheers @jacksonator it’s been quite a profitable week for me and hopefully tonight follows suit. Some cracking matches tonight to look forward to.
Anyone think Warriors -6.5 might be too much? Curry will play. I’m almost certain they rested him for precaution.
I don’t think it’s too much. They’ve covered that last month when playing at home against OKC.
And I don’t know how yesterday’s loss against the Clippers will affect the Thunder, probably not the best way to prepare for a match against the Warriors with a rested Curry.
Warriors are 2-8 last 10 ATS.. they’re not covering spreads.
Last home game against OKC lines opened at -8.5, and they won by 8.
So Warriors get an extra 2 points, with Thunder on a b2b, and a rested Curry… doesn’t make alot of sense to me.
As it stands I’m staying away, All though I might take Warriors 1st Q spread, whatever that will be.
Think the ML will be safe but not sure on that spread. Be interesting to see what it does today. I think Currys PR&A will be worth a look. Could go off again!

Kawhi Leonard (Spurs) Over 30.5 PR&A @ 4/5 @ Paddy Power
Totals over last 10
38, 36, 37, 27 (5-16 shooting) 26, 38, 36, 36, 26, 32
Spurs actually lost the first match up in New Orleans so could be in for a spot of revenge. Pelicans last two losses at home have come against the Timberwolves and Lakers, so it’ll only be right to go and beat one of the best teams outright :)
Miami played very well last time out so may not be as productive but should cover a big spread against Phoenix. Inter-conference game though with both playing tomorrow. Miami alternative spread would be my choice.
Like the Mavs whenever at home and it’ll only be my luck that Parsons has a good game after falling short the other night. Total has gone up though which is strange. Should beat the Kings on b2b road games.
OKC @ Warriors. You know the score. OKC on b2b road games after blowing a 20 point HT lead against the Clippers with a rested Curry. His PR&A could be worth a look when available.
Picks seems to be very straightforward tonight … let’s hope for no surprises :D

Posting this NAP early as the line will push out:
AUSSIE NBL – FINALS GAME 2 (Fri 6:30am GMT):
– NZ Breakers -4.5 @ $1.92
The Breakers finished the season as the in form team. Their home record SU & ATS is formidable, & they beat Perth both meetings this year at home. Also note they are the defending chanpions & took the Wildcats all the way to the buzzer in Perth in game 1 on Wednesday.
If the breakers go out to an early lead i see The Wildcats looking ahead to game 3 back in Perth to snare the series win in a decider.
Im leaning Heat -13.5.. sounds alot of points right?
Suns have lost their last 10 away games by an average of 22 points… I took Hornets at -12 and won comfortably.
Could probably get a slightly better line than 13.5 a bit later, so will keep an eye on line movement.
I agree on all accounts. It’s a lot of points BUT its the Suns. Heat playing well with Joe Johnson in the team.
It’s on my list too :-)
Sun’s probably the worst team in the league right now? I think heat can cover that
The Heat seem to be playing with a faster pace as well, so points should be in abundance as opposed to the more grinding style they were playing before.
@hunter what do you think about Barcalona & Darussafaka on the moneyline today? Both are around evens… Khimky are in shocking form so Barca might upset them at home, whilst Darussa are in good form too…
Hey bud. With regards to Darussafaka…I think it’s about the quality here and Darussafaka should have too much for Cedevita. Cedevita did win the reverse fixture but Darussafaka have the better firm.
Barcelona I’m not so sure about! I’d actually go with Khmiki at a push. Both teams are in a similar position but only difference is that Khimki have home advantage which is important, as at home they are 4 – 1 result. Lost only to Madrid. Barcelona in away games has 1 – 3 record. The only win was by 1 point in last second. Khmiki win for me.
Cheers m8! I might double Darussafaka & Khimki both on the moneyline paying around $3.50 (just a 10’er on it)
NBA SINGLE
WARRIORS -7.5 v Oklahoma City Thunder- 2points 10/11 with bet 365
Thunder will be sick at the sight of Curry after two disheartening losses recently and I can see the Warriors coming out and stamping their mark on this one, as recently they havent got off to any barn storming starts like they were doing pre all star break
Confident this will happen
Curry is still listed as questionnable for tonight (unless someone has official info), when he is confirmed the spread will probably get higher.

Monica Puig v Pauline Parmentier 9pm
PARMENTIER 2/1 NAP/NB ladbrokes (double stake)
Great pick John. Parmentier was flawless in the first round.
Speaking of French players, have you had a look at Romain Jouan? French guy, who is not a professional, and actually works at the facility where the tournament is going on — you can hear the crowd roaring him on. His first two rounds were error free and he blew away James Ward and Pavlasek.
He plays STAKHOVSKY next, second seed and obviously good in these fast courts. Still, if the French plays at the level he played in these two rounds, he’ll be very competitive.
Thanks, no not seen any of that tournament
Anyone looked at the rugby league tonight? Warrington been very good defensive wise this year and Salford been quite the surprise. I expect a tight match and under 43 points looks appealing. Any thoughts?

Evening gents, been a long time lurker on this thread and have really enjoyed and appreciated all of the tips and research some of you guys put in, in particular Jordan and Hunter. NBA has now become a big part of my betting game and I love watching the games.
Im keeping my eye on what you lads fancy for tonight’s games but one I’m on will be Luol Deng over 14.5 points. He has made this on 5 of his last 7 and I feel good about him tonight in what I feel will be a large score for Miami against spurs.
Luol Deng (Miami Heat) over 14.5 points- betfair
Welcome sir. Love the name. “Ice cream” :D Nice to see our info is appreciated from afar. Good luck with Deng.
By spurs I mean suns.
Haha cheers mate, hopefully Lieutenant Dan will be ‘getting new Legs’ after a tasty nights profit on the NBA ?
I am 90% sure Curry is going to play tonight, and if he doesn’t this will obviously be voided. As always, big games call for big players, and there’s no bigger or better at the moment. 42 points or more in his last three games and I expect the same again tonight. Might get a lower total elsewhere but Paddy Power and Betway are holding out from giving us any markets at the moment.
Steph Curry (Warriors) Over 30.5 Points @ 10/13 @ 365 – 2.6 points
Looks like a good shout, can’t see them going to Klay much after last game!
It’s either that or his PR&A @ 42.5 but I’ll take the points only.
Just going to post a small stakes bet for the Salford vs Warrington game, I can’t call it and think it will be very close so I’m going for a successful drop goal at 5/1, it could go down to the last few minutes!
**Wow, what a finish and what an unbelievable kick! Bet wins!**
Good stuff mate. Cracking comeback by the Wolves!
Was a great finish made even better by the drop goal haha
@shotty followed you on the drop goal and it payed off.
Nice one mate! Thought it was dead when the 2 were missed a few minutes before
class did tell in the end
salford 30 warrington 31 what a great game
great win for WARRINGTON
Wouldn’t exactly call it class, Castleford will beat both of them
Small profit on the rugby league and I think everyone knows I don’t like people not putting in 100% whatever sport it is, big leads should never be conceded, players should never get paid if they concede a big lead and there is no better feeling than when your bet is down, the team lose the match with the last kick
Salford got what they deserved
NBA Double
Heat (-9.5)
Spurs (-4.5)
Double @ Evens Coral – 5pts staked.
Good luck!
New Orleans Pelicans +9 @ 1.90 (Bet365) – 1.5 Points.
San Antonio Spurs seem to struggle against the Pelicans, they’ve already lost here earlier in the season 104-90, and looking back at h2h’s Spurs haven’t won since 2014.
Pelicans have a few injury issues, but even still 9 is a lot of points for a road team…
I remember just before the All Star break Spurs beat Miami on the road, then went to Orlando the night after, spread was -8.5 and they won by 2 points.
Good luck.

Chisnall vs Wade – over 10.5 total legs
11/10 LOST
Absolutely awful evening of betting, just gave away money to the bookies :( Unfortunately it was the sh*t Lewis that turned up tonight, not even one maximum and a checkout pecentage of just 14% which effectively downed three bets. Narrowly just missed the NAP by one 180 for MVG and Anderson started poorly allowing Thornton to race 3-0 ahead to kill of the double result bet. I think I need to reavaluate my betting on the PL because the results from week to week appear almost like a lottery and it is becoming very clear that there is no correlation between stats and how things eventually pan out on the night.
Had a quick look at the early Super Rugby games tomorrow and they are both really tough to call so just an interest bet from myself. Blues were impressive last week and could well do a number of the Saders but I just think the home ground advantage will push the mighty Crusaders over the line. Same thing over in Aus to be fair where I’ll be favouring the Brumbies at home in Canberra. Crusaders & Brumbies double for me then (bet365) at just over evens.
That’s more like it, PAULINE PARMENTIER wins 6-3 6-4

Cheers mate, thought it would be close!
4 NBA games tonight, and as it has been said above, picks look very straightforward … dunno if that’s a good thing or not :D
I’m taking out the Spurs (although they should win and cover against the Pelicans) because they qualified for the play-offs yesterday and might be taking this game a bit ‘relaxed’, their record against the Pelicans isn’t great either.
Curry is still listed as questionnable and although the Warriors could win without him, I don’t really know what the Thunder’s reaction will be after yesterday’s f*ck up against the Clippers.
Mavs/Kings: Kings are still dealing with injuries and Mavericks have been holding the fort at home (4 wins in their last 5 home games). Their record at home against the Kings is also worth mentionning … 22 wins in their last 22 confrontations.
Heat/Suns: Suns are one of the worst team right now, they got blown away by the Hornets yesterday, can see this happening again today against the Heat.
Only one pick tonight:
– Mavs -1.5, Heat -9.5 (double) @ 19/20 (Unibet) – 1 pts
GL tonight gents!
I doubt the Spurs will relax mate. Still seeding to play for (although the Thunder probably haven’t got a chance of finishing second). Doubt Pop will go easy but may rest players as we get closer. I do think the Pels will give them a good game mind. Good luck.
Like I said, Spurs will probably win but I’m thinking a bit like Raoul, Pelicans might cover. Just not risking it.
Looks fairly solid if I’m honest. Might have a bash at it myself. Waiting to see Rondos status though.
Cheers for Feyenoord/AZ tonight btw. Saw it just in time!
Just seen PP have Currys points @ 30.5 @ 5/6 so going to put another 2.4 down there as its a better price for the same market.
Lets hope the chef is cooking ?
hi all newish to nba stuck between miami and spurs to add t my dbl with gsw on spread any tips
Alan, I’d tease Miami down if you can. Like Oriaz has done above.
I would go with Miami over Spurs tonight, Miami at home against one of the worst teams vs Spurs away to a team still with play off hopes!
Agreed… Heat is a LOCK.
Depends what odd’s your after really…
Going for a treble tonight at 2/1
Heat -9.5
Mavs -3.5
GSW -3.5
Good luck all!
And one for the morning…
Manly vs Bulldogs in the NRL
Going for a bit of value and taking Bulldogs -3.5 at 2/1
