Paris Saint-Germain welcome Arsenal to the Parc des Princes in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League (UCL) semi-final clash on Wednesday night.
The Parisians hold a one-goal advantage after winning 1-0 in the first leg at the Emirates Stadium, and on home soil, will be favourites to progress to the final and be in with a chance of winning their maiden UCL title. Barcelona or Inter Milan await the winners of what is a very intriguing tie.
That victory was only PSG's second in six games over all competitions though, and having lost 2-1 away at Strasbourg in Ligue 1 last time out, Arsenal may draw some encouragement heading to Paris. They played a heavily rotated side though, and so Luis Enrique will be expected to field a similar XI that played the first leg.
Arsenal's 2-1 defeat at home to Bournemouth in the Premier League last time out means that they are now winless in three matches across all competitions. They have to win in normal time in Paris to have any chance of going through, and given how strong PSG have been in the competition of late, that is an almighty task.
The Gunners have had the better of the most recent H2Hs though, as PSG's win in the first leg was their first in five meetings. Arsenal did beat them 2-0 at home in the league phase too, so they should not be totally ruled out in terms of getting a positive result.
How the bookies view it: PSG favourites to progress
Unsurprisingly, PSG are favourites to progress with the advantage they hold, and are 20/21 odds-on favourites with BoyleSports to win in normal time. An Arsenal victory is next favoured at 12/5 with the same bookmaker, while a draw is priced slightly above at 13/5.
Recent head-to-head: PSG Ous class
PSG were completely dominant in the opening 20 minutes of the first leg, as Ousmane Dembele scored an early goal. That proved to be the only one of the game though, as goalkeepers were on top to keep the score at 1-0.
Players to watch: Who replaces Dembele?
Bradley Barcola is likely to start in place of Dembele, who had to come off with a hamstring injury in the first leg. He scored in PSG's 2-1 loss to Strasbourg over the weekend, and is priced at a tempting 15/8 by BoyleSports to score anytime against Arsenal.
Thomas Partey was suspended for the first leg, and eyes are on him to see if he will improve Arsenal's balance in midfield. Him playing deeper helps unleash Declan Rice going forward, and the Englishman scored against Bournemouth last weekend with a bursting run into the box.
Predicted lineups
As mentioned, PSG will likely be without Dembele due to the hamstring injury he suffered in the first leg.
Arsenal will welcome back Partey, and will hope Jurrien Timber can join him after missing out against Bournemouth with a minor injury.
Paris Saint-Germain: Donnarumma, Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Mendes, Fabian, Vitinha, Neves, Barcola, Doue, Kvaratskhelia.
Arsenal: Raya, Timber, Saliba, Kiwior, Lewis-Skelly, Partey, Odegaard, Rice, Saka, Merino, Martinelli.
Anything else catch the eye?
With what is at stake, and given PSG and Arsenal have netted in their last five home and away matches in all competitions respectively, Both Teams To Score (BTTS) seems a safe bet at 8/15 with BoyleSports.
