MONDAY night's live TV offering from the Premier League features QPR v Aston Villa (8pm) and having studied this game from all angles I can't come to a firm conclusion about the result.
That might be the mark of a rubbish tipster – that's up for you to decide – but I hope it's more to do with the nature of the game and two sides who are tough to call.
QPR's season has been fairly disastrous with just four points from eight outings but at home they've been difficult to beat and were so unlucky to lose to Liverpool 3-2 last time out.
Villa started the season well but were then hit by a rotten run of fixtures and they've lost four in a row without scoring to Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City and Everton. To be fair Paul Lambert's side won't be judged on those results and it's games like QPR away where they'll be targeting points.
Lambert's men have netted just four league goals this season with Andreas Weimann and Gabriel Agbonlahor the only ones on target and that's why the return to Christian Benteke is welcomed. He looked rusty against Everton and that's to be expected after a long lay-off but the manager says QPR's defence will be spooked just seeing his name in the line-up.
QPR's defenders may also be spooked by seeing Rio Ferdinand in there although Loftus Road boss Redknapp has come to the defence of the veteran by insisting he's not to blame for the side's struggles.
So picking a winner is tough and while I slightly favour Villa I can't get away from the fact it could be a draw – or even a home win if QPR show the same commitment they had against Liverpool.
Villa are boosted by the return of Phillipe Senderos to partner Ron Vlaar in defence but Fabian Delph will be missed in midfield.
Opta stats reveal Villa have lost nine of their last 10 Premier League games against London sides and that's a worry.
Maybe the best bet is under 2.5 goals with two of England's three lowest scorers meeting (Burnley are joint worst with Villa) and that pays 4-5 with McBookie and BetVictor. Could it even go under 1.5? That's 9-4 at bet365 but an early goal would hurt that one.
I hate to be so doubtful when looking at a game but for me that's my only bet. If pushed I'd look at Agbonlahor to score at 13-5 with bet365.

Evening guys QPR V Aston Villa
The Monday night football looks a tough one to call between two struggling sides and both will think they can pick up the three points. It could easily end 0-0 however I think it could be an open game.
QPR played pretty well against Liverpool, especially Bobby Zamora. How Eduardo Vargas cant get a start is beyond me, the Chilean came off the bench to score twice against Liverpool and surely Harry starts him in place of Charlie Austin. If he starts I will be on him to score at 3/1 Bet365.
QPR have scored two goals in both their last two home games against Liverpool & Stoke while villa have conceded at least two goals in their last four games. I think it will be an open game so I am taking QPR o1.5g at 6/4 Coral.

Granah, I got lucky to be honest as QPR missed some good chances to make it 3-0. But on a match I found tough to call I’m happy my one recommendation was a winner.
