IT'S not quite the Manchester United of old. A lack of spark, magic and even flair have left this year's Premier League leaders looking a shadow of themselves.
However, with Wayne Rooney starting to remember what he's paid for and United's home form belying their horrible displays on the road, I can't see past the Old Trafford men tonight.
The first leg was a drab as it gets, an absolute snorefest of a 0-0 draw. I'm praying we're not subjected to the same grinding guff again in the second leg.
One of the key men for United will be the infuriating Portuguese winger Nani who has recovered from a nasty gash to his leg. His pace and direct running gave Marseille left back Gabriel Heinze nightmares three weeks ago but the end product was woeful time and again.
They might struggle to dominate in midfield as they usually do without Darren Fletcher and it's been highlighted that the key battle will be between his replacement Michael Carrick and the French side's attacking midfielder Mathieu Valbuena.
However, if United can pick up the pace and get Rooney and Dimitar Berbatov to link up closer to the box, I can see goals here.
Rooney is 5-4 to score at anytime with bet365 and 13-2 to hit two or more. Strike partner Berbatov is 7-5, bet365, to end his Euro drought.
Marseille are without star striker Brandao (a name that'll still frighten Celtic supporters from his days at Shakhtar) after he was give leave to return home Brazil. Loic Remy is the next big threat and he's 3-1 with bodog to score.
I think United will be too strong for the French and they should win this one.
