Man Utd will take on Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday, 22 December with the hosts looking to build on last weekend's win over Manchester City.
Ruben Amorim's men suffered a 4-3 defeat to Tottenham in the Carabao Cup on Thursday night but their spirited comeback attempt from 3-0 down means they won't have lost too much momentum from last week's Manchester derby triumph.
Bournemouth, meanwhile, are flying high in the Premier League and are currently in sixth position. A win here could move them into the top four if other results go their way.
How the bookies view it: The hosts go in as favourites
Despite being seven places lower than Bournemouth in the Premier League table, Man Utd come into this match as the favourites with the bookies. BoyleSports have priced a home win at 4/5 while a victory for Bournemouth has been priced at 3/1. The draw, which would be a decent result for the visitors, has been priced at 11/4.
Recent head-to-head: Can Bournemouth build on last season's form against Man Utd?
Last season, Bournemouth produced one of their best-ever Premier League performances when they ran out as 3-0 winners over Manchester United at Old Trafford. They followed that up with a 2-2 draw against the Red Devils at the Vitality Stadium, meaning they took four points from United last season.
Players to watch: Amad the show stopper
As far as Manchester United are concerned, Amad Diallo is the man of the moment with the young Ivorian coming off the bench on Thursday night to lead a comeback attempt against Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Although that comeback was ultimately thwarted by a Son Heung-Min corner, Amad's form is certainly catching the eye. He won the penalty last weekend that brought about his side's late equaliser against Man City before scoring the winner just minutes later.
After coming off the bench on Thursday night, the 22-year-old is expected to play from the off this weekend and will provide Bournemouth with something new to think about after he wasn't selected for either of the two meetings between the two sides last season.
For Bournemouth, Enes Unal will be hoping that his wonderful free-kick against West Ham is enough to earn him a place in the starting XI at Old Trafford.
Predicted line-ups
Mason Mount has been ruled out for an extended period of time after coming off against Man City last weekend while Victor Lindelof was forced off against Spurs. All eyes will be on the Man Utd XI to see if Marcus Rashford is selected in the squad after being dropped for both of United's last two matches.
Bournemouth are without five players for the trip to Old Trafford with Luis Sinisterra, Alex Scott, Julian Araujo, Marcos Senesi and Marcus Tavernier all in the treatment room.
Man Utd: Onana – Yoro, Maguire, De Ligt – Mazrouai, Mainoo, Ugarte, Dalot – Fernandes, Amad – Zirkzee
Bournemouth: Kepa – Smith, Zabarnyi, Huijsen, Kerkez – Cook, Christie – Semenyo, Kluivert, Unal – Evanilson
Anything else catch the eye?
Manchester United are starting to become more accustomed to Ruben Amorim's style of play and as a result, the goals are starting to come at a higher rate. The Red Devils have scored two or more goals in each of their last four matches and they are priced at 8/13 with BoyleSports to score over 1.5 goals on Sunday.
