SlipsTips examines the Bet Builder market ahead of Chelsea's clash with Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Chelsea vs Arsenal (Sunday, 16:30)

London rivals Chelsea and Arsenal round off this weekend’s Premier League action when the pair do battle at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

Enzo Maresca’s side, who claimed a 1-1- draw away at Manchester United last weekend, are currently one point above their capital rivals due to a superior goal difference.

As for the Gunners, they will be desperate to emerge from their mini-slump after picking up just one point from their last three league games.

Cole Palmer To Be Fouled 2+ Times

I successfully backed Cole Palmer to be fouled twice or more at Old Trafford last Sunday and I’m more than happy to side with the same selection as leg one of the Bet Builder.

The Blues’ attacking ace was fouled on no fewer than four separate occasions against the Red Devils last weekend. That means Palmer has been on the receiving end of a foul a whopping 25 times across his opening 10 Premier League appearances of the season. Furthermore, Palmer has earned his side multiple free-kicks in six of those 10 top-flight tussles, including each of his last four.

Palmer can expect to come in for some close attention from Arsenal midfield duo Declan Rice and Thomas Partey, both of whom are averaging north of one foul per-game in the Premier League this season.

Bukayo Saka to Be Fouled 1+ Times

Another player who is no stranger to being on the receiving end of some rough treatment from Premier League opposition is Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka. The Gunners' talisman has drawn a combined total of 21 fouls across his nine top-flight outings this term to date, including a sizeable six at St James’ Park last weekend. It's also worth noting that Saka has been fouled in each of his three appearances for Arsenal in this season’s Champions League

Chelsea’s Marc Cucurella could come back into the starting XI for Sunday's clash with a view to trying to shackle the aforementioned Saka. The Spanish left-back racked up five yellow cards across his first seven Premier League starts of the season, giving away multiple free-kicks in two of those matches.

Moises Caicedo To Commit 1+ Foul

For the final leg of the Bet Builder, I’ll go with Chelsea's Moises Caicedo to commit a minimum of one foul. The Ecuadorian midfield enforcer has been guilty of at least one misdemeanour in all bar one of his 10 Premier League outings for Chelsea this season so far. What’s more, he has been reprimanded by the referee twice or more in a noteworthy seven of those contests, including each of his previous four.

Caicedo has been patrolling Premier League pitches with real authority this season and his usual foul output should be on show in what is sure to be a fiercely competitive battle at Stamford Bridge.

 Recommended Bet

  • Cole Palmer To Be Fouled 2+ Times
  • Bukayo Saka To Be Fouled Once or More
  • Moises Caicedo To Commit 1+ Foul
  • Bet Builder – 11/10 (Betfair)
