Cerny was rested as a precaution for midweek's defeat against Aberdeen, which shows just how much value Philippe Clement puts on a) this match and b) the winger. He has scored five goals in his last four appearances for Gers which makes his odds of 6/1 look like extremely good value.

Rangers have found keeping the ball out of the back of their own net a difficult task this season. While their leaky defence was blamed on Connor Goldson last season, things haven't improved without the 31-year-old which raises questions about Clement's tactical setup.
Rangers have conceded six goals in their last six matches in all competitions and have conceded at least one goal to Motherwell in their last two meetings with them.

Aside from Vaclav Cerny, Rangers haven't been great from an offensive standpoint in recent weeks. They have only scored three goals or more in one of their last eight domestic fixtures which suggests that they should be priced far shorter than 1/2 to score over 2.5 goals against Motherwell on Sunday afternoon.
To emphasise this point further, Motherwell have only conceded three or more goals in one match this season and that was against Celtic.
