Eintracht Frankfurt will take on VFL Bochum on Saturday, 2 November with the visitors still looking for their first win of the season.
Bochum will be hoping that their fortunes can change after dismissing manager, Peter Zeidler, earlier in the week. Markus Feldhoff will take charge of this one as his first match as interim boss.
Eintracht Frankfurt, meanwhile, are looking for a return to form after failing to win any of their last three league fixtures.
How the bookies view it: The hosts go in as big favourites
Eintracht Frankfurt are the big favourites for this one which shouldn't come as a huge surprise given they are playing a team that are yet to win a league match this season. Betfred have priced a win for Frankfurt at 1/3 while a victory for VFL Bochum has been priced at 15/2. The draw, which would be in a step in the right direction for the visitors, has been priced at 9/2.
Recent head-to-head: All the signs point towards a draw
In recent years, Eintracht Frankfurt and VFL Bochum have been difficult to separate and the last three matches have all finished level. The five matches prior to those three draws were all won by the team playing at home with the last away win in this fixture coming back in 2011 when both clubs were competing in the second tier of German football.
Players to watch: Marmoush to feast?
Omar Marmoush is currently having the season of his career for Eintracht Frankfurt and he already has nine goals for the season in the Bundesliga. Only Harry Kane has scored as many goals at the Egyptian with the next-highest scorer trailing the pair by three goals.
Marmoush will be looking forward to the prospect of facing a VFL Bochum side that have shipped 22 goals already this campaign. Kane himself scored in Bayern's 5-0 rout over Bochum last weekend and its unlikely that the change in manager will lead to them suddenly becoming a difficult team to score goals against.
Bochum's best hope of getting anything from this match will be to try and catch Frankfurt on the counter-attack. Striker, Philipp Hofmann, is yet to score a goal this season but he has at least provided two assists. Can the 31-year-old grab his first goal of the campaign on Saturday afternoon?
Predicted line-ups
Eintracht Frankfurt are without four key players for this one with Rasmus Kristensen, Oscar Hojlund and Sasa Kalajdzic all out injured and Arthur Theate suspended. The biggest blow for VFL Bochum is the fact that Myron Boadu is still out injured. Bernardo joins him in the treatment room.
Eintracht Frankfurt: Trapp – Tuta, Amenda, Koch, Nkounkou – Knauff, Skhiri, Larsson, Gotze – Ekitike, Marmoush
VFL Bochum: Drewes – Oermann, Medic, Ordets – Passlack, Masovic, Sissoko, Losilla, Wittek – Wit, Hoffman
Anything else catch the eye?
A total of 28 goals have been scored across VFL Bochum's last six matches in all competitions which averages out at close to five goals per match so expect plenty of goalmouth action on Saturday. Over 4.5 goals to be scored has been priced at 2/1 by Betfred.
