CELTIC have the chance to wrap up the title when they travel along the M8 to face Hearts at Tynecastle on Sunday.
A near-perfect domestic campaign was as good as sealed last week when a Celtic side, who again were far from their best, proved too much for Rangers in the Scottish Cup semi-final.
It leaves them with what bookies will certainly see as a penalty kick to complete the treble when they face Championship side Caley Thistle in the Final next month.
For now though, it's a question of whether they will get over the line in Gorgie or next week at Ibrox.
And the evidence firmly suggests they will seal it on Sunday having dropped just seven points out of a possible 99 this season.
They face a Hearts side who finally ended a nightmare run of six defeats in a row with a resounding 6-1 thumping of Ross County on their last outing.
It will be interesting to see the approach taken here by interim manager Steven Naismith because Hearts have been unable to lay a glove on the Old Firm this season.
They have their own battle of course and are five points behind Aberdeen and a third place finish that would guarantee European football until at least Christmas and around £6 million.
How the bookies view it
Celtic are hovering around the 1/3 mark although there is a spot of 7/20 around with UniBet.
Hearts can be backed at 15/2 with bet365 and the draw is 11/2 with William Hill.
Recent head to heads
Celtic have won all four games this season including a Scottish Cup romp at Tynecastle. In fact, the Hoops have won the last eight meetings since Ange Postecoglou's first league game back in July 2021, which Hearts won 2-1.
Players to watch
Lawrence Shankland helped himself to a hat-trick last week and could have had more. He has 25 goals for the season and there's a bit of value here at 13/5 to score anytime with UniBet.
Jota was the man who ended Rangers' silverware aspirations this season last week at Hampden and the Portuguese winger is 6/4 with bet365 to score anytime.
Anything else catch the eye?
Relentless. That's the only word that you could describe Celtic's efforts this season and even though the league is in the bag, it's hard to believe they will take their foot off the gas in Gorgie.
However, with key defender Cameron Carter-Vickers out for the season and Hearts surely set to have a go under Steven Naismith, they can at least contribute to what is likely to be an eventual defeat.
Both teams to score and a Celtic win is worth backing at 13/8 with bet365.
You usually get plenty of corners at tight Tynecastle and with both teams set to attack and Hearts even conceding five last week to a Ross County side they hit for six, that suggests there could be plenty here. Back the higher figure of over 12 with bet365 at a bumper 5/2.
