Tursday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me head to the Turkish Süper Lig, and there’s one fixture in particular that appeals to me for goals.

Ümraniyespor will look to give their survival hopes a boost as they travel to the Atatürk Olympic Stadium tomorrow evening in a match that promises goals.
Fatih Karagümrük are the fourth-highest scorers in the Turkish top-flight this term, scoring 53 times – with 29 of those coming across their 13 home fixtures. Andrea Pirlo’s hosts have found the back of the net in 23/26 (88%) of their league outings this term – striking on multiple occasions in 16 (62%) of those – and will be confident of breaching an Ümraniyespor defence that’s registered a league-low two clean sheets this campaign.
Ümraniyespor have scored 36 goals so far this season, with 19 of those coming across their 13 Süper Lig matches on their travels. Recep Uçar’s visitors have scored in 11 (85%) of their away fixtures – bagging two or more goals in six of their last nine – and they’ll look to trouble a Karagümrük side that boasts the second-worst defence at home in the division, conceding 25 goals and keeping a solitary clean sheet across their 13 matches in front of their supporters.

Both Teams to Score has banked in a league-high 20/26 (77%) of Fatih Karagümrük’s Süper Lig fixtures this term – and given the same has landed in 10/13 (77%) of Ümraniyespor’s away league outings – there’s a strong chance we’ll see these two clubs get on the scoresheet in the Turkish capital.
To increase the price, I’m more than happy to add in an extra match goal, given the Over 2.5 Goals barrier has been broken in 36/53 (68%) of the pair’s combined Süper Lig fixtures this season – including a 1-3 scoreline in the reverse fixture at the end of last October.
