I'VE put St Johnstone on my Top Treble but they are no bigger than 4-11 with the likes of Ladbrokes and Betfred.
However, one bet that stands out is the home team to win to nil at 6-5 with William Hill.
Saints have beaten Hearts twice to nil this season and the new oddschecker app says four of the last six meetings have ended 2-0 to either side. To win 2-0 Saints are 11-2 at BetVictor and McBookie.
Last week the Perth men were 2-0 victors over St Mirren at home but by all accounts it should have been more.
Locke's side have netted just twice in six games and it's difficult to see where their next strike will come from with winger Jamie Walker added to the injury list.
Saints on the other hand have a hitman much admired and Stevie May is 5-1 at Coral to score first and 5-6 to net at anytime. I'll be on both.
Game of the day is Celtic v Motherwell, first v third, but the visitors will have to improve on their recent record to give the champions a game. According to oddschecker, Stuart McCall's men have failed to score in their last six visits to Parkhead. Celtic are 6-5 with Sky Bet to win to nil and extend Fraser Forster's record run of clean sheets.
Neil Lennon's men, refreshed after a winter break in Turkey, are 1-3 with the likes of William Hill and Ladbrokes and I can't see them slipping up. I'll be on Kris Commons to score first at 4-1 with bet365.
Aberdeen are on a run of four wins and should make it five at home to Inverness. The Dons are a best 20-21 at boylesports.
There should be goals when Partick Thistle and Kilmarnock square up at Firhill. The Jags remain without a home win this season but led Ross County 3-1 last week before being pegged back. Lyle Taylor hit a double and has netted three times in two matches since joining the Jags from Sheffield United on loan.
Taylor, a prolific scorer at Falkirk last season, is 2-1 at bet365 to score again and 6-1 with William Hill and Paddy Power to net first.
He'll have plenty of competition from Kris Boyd who is 15-8 at Betfred to net and 6-1 at Coral to break the deadlock.
Terry Butcher gave his side the hairdryer treatment after last Friday's defeat at Aberdeen. They should respond by edging out a St Mirren side who have lost three in a row. Hibs are 10-11 at Coral.
Dundee United are without a win in five and boss Jackie McNamara will rest star kids Ryan Gauld and John Souttar. United look weak 10-11 favourites and a County side with new signings are big at 13-5 with Ladbrokes and William Hill. At those odds you can consider County double chance (not to lose) at 5-6 with bet365.
In the Championship the top clash sees leaders Dundee entertain second-placed Hamilton and I fancy the visitors to at least take a point. Dundee have lost two of their last three homes games and while they humbled Hamilton 3-0 away earlier in the season the Accies should be capable of avoiding defeat.
Best bets in League One are Dunfermline against an Airdrie side without an away win. The Pars are 2-5 at Coral.
Rangers haven't conceded a goal in the league since Boxing Day while Celtic haven't picked the ball out of the net in the Premiership since November.
Forfar are 8-11 to be first to net against Rangers this year on Monday with Arbroath 11-4 on January 25. The Ibrox men are 11-4 with Hills to keep it clean for the rest of the month.
Motherwell are 4-5 at Hills to net first against Celtic in 2014 with Hibs 12-5 and Killie 13-2. No goals conceded this month pays 11-2.
Celtic are 11-10 with Hills not to lose a league match this season while Rangers, who could be prepating to make cuts, are 4-6.
Recommended Bets
May to score first (5-1, Coral)
Taylor to score first (6-1, Hills, Paddy Power)
Ross County draw double chance (5-6, bet365)
Really fancy partick vs Kilmarnock btts, stats show both teams have scored when playing each other the last 6 meetings, including twice this season. 8/11 surely a steal?!
I was on May and commons FGS double! Seen you tip these two a few times and always missed out…. Not today ;) Great tip!
Nathan b, nice one. I did May, Commons and Lyle Taylor as singles but also in a Yankee with Suarez so nice treble if it comes up later.
Good luck! May hattrick and commons double, Deffo going to have to keep my eye on them for future games!
Nathan b, an OK day so far. Super Single always my biggest stake but a Scunthorpe winner would be nice. Need another Man City goal for 25-1 Bonkers Bet (20-1 on the site).
Aye I needed a Scunthorpe goal and that last min Cardiff goal let me down for £200 but this FGS double has made up for it!
