Fulham welcome Brentford to Craven Cottage on Saturday as they go in search of their first Premier League win of the season.
Fulham played out a 0-0 draw at Wolverhampton Wanderers in their previous Premier League fixture. They were guilty of missing a few good goalscoring opportunities with Aleksandar Mitrovic even missing a late penalty.
The Cottagers may still be seeking their first win of the season but the good thing is they are also unbeaten after two matches. Their performance in the 2-2 draw with Liverpool on the opening weekend will give manager Marco Silva hope that they may finally have the mentality to stay up this season.
A slight problem for Fulham is that injuries appear to be piling up early in the campaign. Andreas Pereira and Bobby Decordova-Reid both picked up knocks at Wolves while Harry Wilson, Manor Solomon and Joe Bryan are expected to be out for a longer period.
Brentford will be brimming with confidence at the moment following their impressive 4-0 victory over Manchester United last time out. All four goals were scored in the first half with Josh Dasilva, Mathias Jensen, Ben Mee and Bryan Mbeumo all on target.
It has been a fine start to the season for Brentford, who began their campaign with a 2-2 draw at Leicester City. Goals appear not to be a problem for Thomas Frank’s team as they have now scored six times in two matches with the goals spread across the team.
Brentford’s results this term are an extension of some of their performances towards the back end of last season. They are now unbeaten in eight of their last 10 Premier League matches, a run that includes a 4-1 win at Chelsea and a 3-2 triumph at Everton.

Players to watch
Despite missing a penalty last time out, Aleksandar Mitrovic remains the biggest attacking threat for Fulham. The Serbian striker scored twice in the last home fixture and is priced at 7/5 by bet365 to find the net on Saturday.
Ivan Toney failed to get on the score sheet for Brentford last time out but was a constant threat and provided two assists. The striker was on target in the opening fixture and could be backed at 19/10 by Unibet to get on the score sheet at Craven Cottage.
Anything else catch the eye?
Given the attacking quality on both sides, Saturday’s clash is expected to produce goals. Brentford have seen over 3.5 goals in their two matches this season and a repeat is valued at 27/11 by Sport Nation, bet365 is offering 10/11 on over 2.5 goals while both teams could be backed to score at 7/9 with SBK.
While Fulham are mostly dependent on Mitrovic for goals, Brentford have multiple threats and could be backed to score first at 6/5 with bet365.
