Sunday’s Football Bet of the Day see’s me focus on the Belarusian top flight and specifically on two of the top three who look to claim another three points on home turf.

Ruh Brest vs Slutsk

🇧🇾 Vysheyshaya Liga

⏰ Sunday 27th June, 16:00

Ruh Brest host Slutsk on Sunday tea time at the Stadyen DASK Brestski. Ruh Brest currently occupy a Conference League qualifier spot in 3rd whereas Slutsk currently sit in 12th, only three points above the relegation play off spot.

Ruh Brest come into this in good form as they are unbeaten in their last four games, winning three of them. They have also kept a clean sheet in their last four games and have the second best clean sheet record in the league. Ruh Brest home form has been very good so far as they’re unbeaten in all seven games at home winning their last five. Ruh Brest have won all four games at home to sides below Slutsk in the league scoring 14 goals and conceding only 1.

Slutsk come into this off the back of a 1-4 defeat to league leaders Shakhytor. Whilst that was their first defeat at home this season their away record has been extremely poor as only 2nd bottom Smorgon having a worse record on the road. Slutsk have lost their three games away to sides in the top five conceding eight goals and scoring just the one.

BATE Borisov vs Torpedo BelAZ

🇧🇾 Vysheyshaya Liga

⏰ Sunday 27th June, 18:00

Torpedo BelAZ travel to the Borisov Arena on Sunday evening to take on BATE. The hosts currently sit in 2nd spot seven points behind leaders Shakhytor whereas Torpedo lie in mid table in 9th.

BATE come into this in superb form winning their last five in a row scoring 13 goals. Their home record has been perfect this season as they’ve won all eight games scoring 20 goals. They also managed to score 2 or more in seven of those games and 3 or more in five of them including in their last two.

Torpedo come into this after defeating bottom side Sputnik 2-0 at home. Torpedo have only won two of their seven away games losing three. Torpedo have struggled against the better sides this season as they’ve failed to win any of their five games against the current top six losing four. In those games they’ve conceded ten goals and scored only the once.

Bet of the Day

Ruh Brest look to record another win at home and should do against a Slutsk side with the second worst away record in the league. Such is Ruh Brest strong clean sheet record, I’ll add in under 4.5 goals. BATE look to keep up their great form and their 100% home record going. They should win and grab a couple of goals against a Torpedo side who struggle against the leagues better sides.

  • Ruh Brest to win & under 4.5 goals
  • BATE Borisov to win & over 1.5 goals
  • Double Pays 37/20 (Unibet)
