THERE are a few betting opportunities on Friday night and much of the focus will be on Wolves v Watford, live on Sky Sports 2.
Gianfranco Zola's side look a good bet for promotion and hopefully he's put out his strongest side. The only time his men have let me down recently was at Bristol City when he rested his main strikers so maybe check team news before you bet.
Zola's side, gathered mainly from on-loan Udinese and Granada players, has won 10 times away from home and head for Molineux hot favourites to bank another three points.
Wolves' results haven't improved – no wins in 12 now – under Dean Saunders but performances are reported to be better and their defence has improved. A 2-1 home defeat by Cardiff last weekend was by no means embarrassing and I can see Watford notching a similar sort of result if Zola does do his Tinkerman impression.
They are a biggest 13-10 with bet365 while top scorer Vydra, one of the Udinese loanees, is 9-2 at Coral to hit the opener and 6-5 at BetVictor to score at anytime.
The other Championship game sees Derby entertain a Crystal Palace side who have been poor on their travels.
Palace still sit fourth but have lost two of their last three on the road at Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield. Derby have lost just twice at home – but drawn seven including their last two – and I could see another stalemate tonight at 12-5 with BetVictor and bet365.
In Italy there is a big game between Napoli and Juventus with the visitors six points clear of their hosts at the top.
It almost looks a must-win for the Naples men but they've failed to score in four games and I can't be confident about them on that basis. Juve have lost two of their last three away Serie A clashes so this one could be a draw.
Milesey pointed out earlier the goals history in the game and although 18 have been netted in the last five seasons I can't se Napoli turning it on. Amazing Napoli have hit exactly three goals in those last five matches but Juve's defence is better these days.
And as usual plenty of money will be on the Dutch Eerste both teams to score. There will be loads of goals in most but not many in one or two others – and with Dordrecht v Cambuur postponed check for other call-offs later.
Last night my double on Bruges and PAOK came in and it was a treble of you added Lens. Tonight for a treble I'd try on-form Monaco at Ajaccio and two shorties – Sparta Prague at Budejovice and Lech Poznan at home to Polonia Warsaw.

Wolverhampton Wanderers v Watford
Friday – 19.45
Live on Sky Sports Two
The Championship continued to throw up unexpected results with Millwall’s win at Middlesbrough in last Saturday’s televised game but two more live matches this weekend give us the chance to bounce back. Friday night’s clash sees the best team in the league, on current form, travel to the worst, as Watford visit Molineux.
Wolves
Wanderers are facing what would be a ruinous second successive relegation with Dean Saunders unable to stop the rot since he was parachuted into the Black Country. Under his command they have taken just four points from a possible 24 and have slipped into the bottom three after what is now a run of 12 matches without a win.
Sylvan Ebanks-Blake missing an open goal with 10 minutes left when 2-1 down at home to Cardiff on Sunday summed up how things are going for them at the moment. However, with 10 goals to his name this season, he is their best chance of ending this run which makes it something of a surprise he was left on the bench for that game. Strike partner Kevin Doyle has managed just five goals from 30 starts which is one of the reasons they find themselves in the position they currently occupy.
Watford
Gianfranco Zola’s side have been the surprise package this season with their plethora of loan signings gelling far quicker than many expected and they are now in pole position to claim the second automatic promotion spot. The Italian has managed to keep his focus on the pitch despite the fuss kicked up by Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway and others over their recruitment policy.
Away from home, they have produced much of their best football, able to hit sides swiftly on the counter-attack. Matej Vydra’s strike at home to Derby last Saturday was his 20th of the season from just 21 starts and with the exception of the 2-0 defeat at Bristol City the Hornets have scored at least twice in each of their last 12 games.
Match Odds
Having won five of their last six away games in the league and possessing the league’s best away record, Watford have to be backed at 2.34 against the side with the joint worst home record in the division (slightly surprisingly perhaps Charlton are the other side to have won just four times in front of their own fans).
Half Time/Full time
Zola’s men are fast starters and have scored in the first half of nine of their last 10 league games so if you prefer to look for something at bigger prices they can be backed at 3.95 to be winning at half-time and full-time.
Back Watford to win @ 2.34
Back Watford/Watford in the Half Time/Full Time market @ 3.95
Milesey ( BETFAIR )
Eintracht Frankfurt vs Borussia Monchengladbach, Fri 19:30 BST
Match Odds: Eintracht 2.12, Gladbach 3.95, the draw 3.65
Despite Eintracht’s fine home form, the market consistently refuses to have them odds-on to win in front of their own fans. The Eagles have lost just once at home, and they have a better home record than champions Borussia Dortmund.
Eintracht haven’t scored in three games, but if Srdjan Lakic passes a late fitness test he should help end that drought. Eintracht are performing well defensively – they have kept three clean sheets in four games, and keeper Kevin Trapp continues to impress.
Borussia Monchengladbach did well to hold Borussia Dortmund to a draw last week, and they are boosted by the return from suspension of attacking speedster Patrick Hermann. That said, Gladbach’s away record this season is poor, with just two wins in 12 games. Lucien Favre’s men haven’t won any of their last five away games in all competitions, and they’ve lost their last three. I think Eintracht are good value for the win.
Back Eintracht to win at 2.12
Milesey ( BETFAIR )
Napoli have forgotten how to score, and have drawn their last two fixtures by a 0-0 scoreline. That has pretty much handed the title to Juve, and if Antonio Conte’s men come away with a win on Friday night, then Juve backers can start celebrating, as they will have retained their title in all but name.
Juventus, though, haven’t won here in Serie A since September 2000, and even though Conte (who played that night in 2000) has talked of a positive approach to the game, I think that Juve would be happy with a draw. That result seems like a big runner, given that Napoli have now drawn four of their last six games in Serie A, and is attractively priced at 3.4.
Napoli are 2.98 for the win, with Juve the favoruites at 2.64, and while I can’t make a case for a tired and out of form home side, Juve look a little short for a match that they’ll be happy to see out if they are level, say, 20 minutes from time.
Historically, this match is high scoring, with last season’s encounter finishing 3-3, and the last time that Napoli v Juve finished under 2.5 goals was in March 1997. Recent statistics suggest that this could be an unders game, but I’m a great believer in the idea that certain fixtures bring certain kinds of performance out of teams, and so I’m happy to recommend Over 2.5 Goals at 2.12.
Given that I feel the game will end in a stalemate, I’ll also be having a small stake on 2-2 in the Correct Score market. You should be able to get on at around 17.0.
Back Draw @ 3.4
Back Over 2.5 Goals @ 2.12
Back 2-2 Correct Score @ 17.0
Milesey ( BETFAIR )
Milesey, read my mind with the draw but with Napoli struggling for goals I was thinking under 2.5.

Milesey
Milesey sorry I don’t write posts what go on about crap for an hour….. Last time I put a bet up and the next day it went from 11s to 8s when you put big money on it makes a big difference….. PS be nice or don’t play
hahaha Idiot, people like to know the facts before they place a bet and therefore i give them the info they need, you don’t even want to tell people what your tip is, then you think your tip is going to crash the market hahahaha hahaha from 11’s to 8 on your word ? really ? ha ha ha, i really do doubt that somehow ;) ;)
Milesey
I’ve got a cracking tip for you tomorrow, it’s for the 2.55 at Newbury, i’ll tell you all at 3.10pm tomorrow so i can make sure it’s won first before i tell you all what it is, i want to get my money on, before you all hit it with hundreds of thousands and crash the price from 11/1 to 8/1 ;) :)
Milesey
The 3 pretty decent games in the dutch first division would probably be, Dordrecht v Cambuur, Sparta v De Graafschap and Veendam v Volendam…probably throw in Vitesse v Utrecht too :-)
It was Rennes vs PSG at the beginning of the season I tipped Rennes on 2 sites next thing it was the best bet everyone was doing it…. Nah I’m lying trying to impress you person I have never met…. Tomorrow if you don’t like the bet don’t do it if you do great to be honest I don’t care what you do or write about if you want a argument get a misses
hahahaha, you just come on here waste everyones time with no tip, say you have the best tip ever then say you crashed the market with your rennes tip what i doubt for they were never 11-1, and wouldn’t have crashed into 8-1 no football market has ever crashed by 3 points ever !
and…….. takes you an hour to read a thread ?

I say the Language is very awful
Al, apologies. I’ve deleted the comments and I’d ask everyone to tone it down a bit. Lee especially.

U cant beat milesey Lee give up
I’m off sorry everyone for milesey naughty naughty
Lee, let’s finish it and I’m sorry whatever happened your language is unacceptable on this site.
Mr fixit,i find the language shocking sometimes ive led a sheltered life and would ask for people to tone it down a little thankyou
sean
Sean, I know your kidding but there’s no need for it. If you can’t express yourself without using expletives you’re thick as far as I’m concerned.
Paul I know a good few Aussies who might disagree with you lol every second word out there mouths is an expletive
Danny, I think I’ll excuse the Aussies. Heard them swearing like troopers and it’s usually pretty light-hearted.
Never met a brainstormer of an aussie yet so Mr F’s comment is bang on regarding thick and Danny you have just proved that his comment holds some water lol
1plus2, met a few Aussies at my brother’s wedding last year. Best man was a guy from Sydney with no Scottish connections called Ian McGregor.
I must admit sometimes a get in a rage with some of them if alot of them were or moved any slower they would stop different lifestyles are too blame for that next week in Perth could mean next month and they absolotly lap up the swally a cant say ive never met any smart ones that would be a lie got plenty of friends who are some of the crudest most foul mouthed people you could ever meet and have done exceedingly well for themselves
I agree,i for one have never spoken in that manner, not even when i ask the wife for a few pound for a big stake i fancy putting on and she replies with do you want onions with that
Sean, you were warned about that Aggie!
Milesey in running odds 1/4
Lee in running odds 20/1 :-) :-)
Pretty poor Lee, I read Milesey’s posts and everyone elses, find it interesting to compare what I’m going to put on. Thats the point isnt it? I read your post too but gained nothing from it.

Stephen, back to the tipping, that’s great. Reckon everyone’s going to be on overs in the Sparta game so hope it comes up.
whats the point in………. i’ve got a great tip for you, i’ll tell you all tomorrow ……… you should have wrote f all and just put your tip up tomorrow. If you come on here one morning to see the football tips and read ” MR FIXITS tips for today, they are going to be cracking today, but i’ll tell you all later……. ” ha ha ha

What an idiot he was. Ban him mr F it amazes me why some low life fool would come on here and make such idiotic , pointless and offensive comments. Ignore their bulls**t milesey great tips you’ve won me a lot of dollar from them bookies of late I’m on your lucky 15 Tomo good luck to all!
Steve.
Steven, I didn’t understand why he put up his initial comment but maybe the reaction was over the top. If you’re going to give us a tip then give us don’t say I’ve got a great tip but I’m not telling.
It was absolute trash talk anyway, football markets don’t crash like horse racing markets do ever, where on a saturday have you seen a team crash from 8/1 to 4/1, it doesn’t happen.
Milesey
Agreed totally mr F! Ban him! Anyhoo I wa aon your treble tonight too of Lens Brugge and paok I seem to be winning lots from reading this page so thanks a bunch I’m on a lucky streak I’m going for an Acca Tomo at just under 6-1 William hill

Notts County 2.04 v Carlisle United 4.00, the draw 3.60
Carlisle United’s boss Greg Abbott has admitted he is under pressure this week following their 3-0 drubbing by Walsall on Tuesday. It really could have been six or seven in that game, and Abbott’s fears have not been allayed on the pitch, with his side looking edgy and apprehensive.
The Cumbrians are also without a win in four outings and reports in the local press are suggesting their attacking play and expansive game will be ditched for a more pragmatic approach, with Carlisle maybe switching back to a diamond 4-3-3.
They also have the joint worst defensive record in the division, having conceded 59 all season, and that dismal stat has sucked them towards the relegation zone.
Notts County meanwhile are unbeaten in their last four, including three 1-1 scorelines. New manager Chris Kiwomya thought his team deserved the points against Tranmere in midweek, in a game they started slowly again.
County do have lots of pace in their side, with one or two quality players, including the midfielder Alan Judge. They ripped apart Bury in a second-half blitz last Friday 4-1, and with that sort of attacking play might be too much for Carlisle this weekend – who have allowed a league high 33 goals in the first-half this term.
Back Notts County to win @ 2.04
Milesey, County already sitting on my shortlist, above Yeovil who I’m tempted with despite their midweek slump.
Now that the distractions of the FA Cup are finished with, Uwe Rosler’s side can concentrate on their push for promotion. Currently they have 58 points, and with the situation so ludicrous at the top of the table, Brentford could go to the top position with a couple of wins.
Rosler’s side pass the ball well with a good shape. Their highly-rated youngster Simon Moore is keeping out ex-Premier League shot-stopper Richard Lee, and has been tipped for future international honours.
Scunthorpe’s task looks hard, they have scored just three goals in their last six games. On the plus side, skipper Paul Reid could return from a virus, but striker Akpo Sodje remains doubtful with an ankle injury.
February has been quite a good month for the Iron (although they had five of their seven games at home), but they are an inconsistent side towards the bottom of the table. They were solid against Stevenage recently in a 1-0 victory, but they do lack width and sometimes a cutting edge – especially if Sodje is unfit.
Brentford will need to keep quiet Scunthorpe’s Mark Duffy, who is a potential game-changer with his roaming ability. However, the hosts should be too strong this Saturday.
Back Brentford to win @ 1.71
Never thought these words would be posted by myself but I agree with milesey in regard to lee. Maybe not milesey general way off putting things but why post something like that?
Lee mate if you have a good bet don’t post until you have backed it if your scared of price drop as you say lad! You do look like a tit but really look forward to hearing this dead cert good odds number! Decent price dead cert is foreign to me. Not want to argue, hate that on site but just how it seems. If anything in life seems too good to be trud it usually is, but enlighten the sitetomorrow
Look forward to it
Reading through this thread on the games which are being played tonight, I’m in agreement with quite a few of the tips posted, and am particularly keen on backing Watford and betting on goals in the Dutch leagues in the form of BTTS and over 2.5 goals.
I must say, I’m quite surprised that there hasn’t yet been any mention of the game which sees the leaders of Ligue 2, Monaco, take on bottom club, Ajaccio GFCO.
.
Monaco are on a 4 game winning streak and are unbeaten in their last 9 league games. They are strong away and have won their last 3 away games by the same score line – 2-0.
Ajaccio have lost their last 6 games and while they don’t concede a huge number of goals every game, they don’t score many and have failed to score in 5 of their last six games.
Overall, I don’t think Ajaccio are going to pose much of an attacking threat considering their inability to score and the fact they are up against a team which are very strong defensively. Monaco also have firepower in top goal scorers in Valere Germain (10) and Ibrahima Toure (16). Prediction 0-2
Dean, pretty sure Monaco were mentioned yesterday as being a good bet. I’ll have a look but when there are top-flight games I tend to concentrate on them.
I’ve just copied and pasted my thoughts on tonight’s football from what I wrote on the 28/2 thread if that’s alright.
Vitesse v Utrecht
Over 2.5 @ 6/10
Just going to let the stats speak for themselves in this one.
9 of Vitesse’s last 10 league games have finished with over 2.5 goals
7 of Utrecht’s last 10 league games have finished with over 2.5 goals
ALL of the last 10 head to head meetings have finished with more than 3 goals!
Istres v Sedan
Under 2.5 @ 8/15
There shouldn’t be much excitement in a game where both teams struggle to find the back of the net.
5 of Istres’ last 6 league games has been under 2.5 goals and they have failed to score during this period
5 of Sedan’s last 6 games has also seen fewer than 3 goals although they have managed to score 3 goals.
The last three head to head meetings have been under 2.5 goals.
DEAN LIKE THE LOOK OF AN OVER/UNDER DOUBLE AND IVE DONE MONACO WITH QUILMES TONIGHT

Does anyone else fancy Juve tonight @ 8/5 away to Napoli? Napoli have been pish lately and haven’t scored in 4 games. Juve haven’t won in Naples since 2000 apparently. Surely due one tonight to put them 9 points clear?
Bingo, like Milesey I can see a draw at Napoli. Draw suits Juve but not the home team so it depends on how Napoli feel about going for it. But no goals in four games for the Naples men is a worry.
Where on earth have you seen 23/10 best I can see for Watford is 23/20 , if I could get 23/10 I would be snapping that up all day long
Ian, just a typo. It’s 13-10.

First up thanks Mr F, had your PAOK-Club Brugge double, returned just over evens.
Iv been having a good few weeks and im starting to enjoy these Friday night matches, especially the Dutch 2nd tier for goals!
In the main leagues tonight I see a draw and under 2.5 goals at Derby, Draw and BTS in Naples, BTS @ Wolves.
Special mention for Sako to score anytime for Wolves
@ 2/1. hes on form and got a great shot on him, can bang one in from almost anywhere. I will also back him for first scorer, nothing worse than your anytime goalscorer getting the first but you have only backed them anytime.
I will also be having aq Draw double on the Derby-napoli matches and add in the draw at Wolves for a treble.
Wolves are improving and gave Leicester a scare away a few Fridays ago, going down 2-1 in the end after that man Sako had levelled for Wolves. Only a fine individual goal from Nugent won it for Leicester.

Pars players won’t strike. Fact. Back Partick at your peril, 2 1-0 home wins and almost a defeat away to Cowdenbeath during the week is not convincing enough for me.
As a Pars fan I know how bad we are just now but a Partick win is far from a certainty. I did back Morton to beat us last week.

I’m not too confident on Lech Poznan. They have won just 2 from 7 at home which isn’t too impressive against a team that have lost just once on the road from 7 winning 4 of these and conceding only 6 goals in the process. I prefer the look of Montpellier at home too a struggling Rennes even though they are close position ally in the table, the home side have a good enough home record too back them tonight
I’ll be on Watford,Getafe and Montpellier at 7/1 with Skybet
Montpellier won last 5 home games scoring 12 times and conceding just the 1. Even money at home too Rennes who have won only 1 in 5 recently

M.Vydra might be a decent bet. 7/2 right now, scored 20 goals this season, 10 at home, 10 away so he has a good chance of scoring tonight.
Trixie for me tonight Eintracht Frankfurt 21/20, Watford 5/4 and Napoli/Juve draw 21/10. Nice retun if they come up.
Italian teams are by and large are they best in business at getting results when they need it..Juventus be happy with a stalemate/should secure league. Frankfurt have been solid all season (nice with a wee bitta mustard tho)and hopefully no Mafia debt moneyn riding against Watford ..Zola not owing Don Coleone a debt that will ensure some daft result that floored 90% of us a few weeks back….ah after that, its in the bag..might as well spend the winnings up now :-) :-)

AGAIN!!..FFS…hotline from Sicily in injury time to GF..WE’VE BACKED THE DRAW..CAPISCE???!!
Oh why did GZ put on that Forestieri, what a waste of chances he missed 3 clear ones
Yep, what looked like a very promising night ended up a very costly night
unbelievable jeff!!! had palace and watford ht/ft, was lookin good for £100 until 93rd min!! simply cannot get a win right now, very close each time. think i mite open up a ladbrokes account and bet on premier league shinty which starts tmrow. might be luckier betting on sport i play!!
gotta laugh at that, if u don’t finish ur chances they’ll come back tae bite yer arse. think everyome who had a bet on tonight had watford tae win, agree striker bout forest guy, useless c*nt
Wizna watching it Craig…did u?..were Watford all over them/shooda buried them?? No backin the F&&&ers again..thats twice they’ve blown up when strongly fancied
Absolutely gutted had treble waiting on Watford and they concede on 92 mins sickening
GET IN SAKO!! Sorry lads, I know alot of you had Watford to win and they should have been in the bag long before Sako scored but as of my Special tip earlier I am very happy!! Had a Sako First/ last scorer @8/1 each and 11/4 on anytime, made my night!!!

That team not to win the game, therefore the other team to win or the draw.

Craig, Watford game was on in the office and they should have wrapped it but were a bit complacent at the end. Even in 95th minute sub missed a great chance.

1plus2, looks a decent bunch of selections but always tough to get eight in. I’d say if you were to get beat it would be Hull or Betis who let you down.
Paul I had Hull down as one of my home bankers even though they got done in midweek is that the reason You dont fancy them or isit Birmingham havent lost away this year making me doubt them now
Danny, Hull wouldn’t be my first pick for the reasons you state.
Ive ended up at the conclusion of sod it if they lose they lose and tosed them in my line insted of a stuttering to the play offs side in Cheltenham
I backed your treble earlier, it’s a shame Poznan couldn’t get the win to seal off a really good week for me, I’ve won £300 this week but with the loss of Poznan tonight takes me to £280 as I put £20 on the treble, can’t grumble as that’s football and we all know how much of a crazy game it can be, but that’s why we love it! Keep it going though I like some of your tips :)
Any for a good treble tomorrow? Roughly same K.O times?
Matt
Matt, the top treble is up and paying 10-1. All other Saturday tips will be on the site at 6am.
Sweet man thanks, is that the Motherwell, Everton, Exeter one? Are you backing that your self?
1plus2 i strongly fancy Stoke at home to West Ham. West Ham are dismal away from home and now with Nolan out I think Stoke will have to much.
Thx for that Badham unfortunately i had put the 8 selections on m8 b4 ypu posted but thx again for the input come back next week and put a tip up for my Quest on Fridays if thats possible m8
