Fiorentina v Genoa (Saturday 17:00)
Fiorentina appear to be benefiting from the famed “new manager bounce” after picking up a notable 2-0 win against Napoli at the San Paolo last Saturday.
La Viola currently occupy 13th spot in the table and on Saturday evening they will go in search of a third league win on the spin when coming up against Serie A basement boys Genoa.
What's more, the Florence outfit recently knocked Atalanta out of the Coppa Italia and that could point towards a long night for a relegation-threatened Genoa side who have failed to win any of their 10 Serie A road trips this season.
Yet, Genoa did manage to take all three points in the reverse fixture earlier this season, however, given the visitors aforementioned woes away from home, I fancy Fiorentina's recent upturn in form to continue at the Stadio Artemio Franchi this weekend.
Fiorentina are unbeaten in 2020 and I'm going to back new boss Giuseppe Iachini to steer his side to another three points by taking the hosts with -0.5 start at 1.757 with Pinnacle via VOdds.
Napoli v Juventus (Sunday 19:45)
Reigning champions Juventus have seized the initiative in the Serie A title race and they will look to cement their place at the summit on Sunday night when squaring off with Napoli.
Maurizio Sarri's side have motored to five wins on the spin and subsequently opened up a four point lead at the top of the table – a run of results that has coincided with Cristiono Ronaldo's return to form.
The Portuguese superstar has slammed in 11 goals in his last seven Serie A outings and Ronaldo will be confident of adding to that tally against confidence-stricken Napoli.
The Partenopei parted company with Carlo Ancelotti last month and swiftly recruited Gennrao Gattuso who is already reportedly considering resigning following a disastrous start to life in the Naples dugout.
Napoli have lost four of their five league matches since Gattuso succeeded Ancelotti and that does not bode well ahead of a showdown with red-hot Juventus on Sunday night.
Given that the Old Lady are looking like their old selves again, coupled with the fact that Napoli have fallen to defeat in their last five Serie A home matches, I'm going to side with Juventus with +0 goal start at 1.845 with Pinnacle via VOdds – taking this approach will only see you completely out of pocket should Juventus suffer what would be only their second league defeat of the season.
