THANK goodness for Edinburgh City. I posted them as a Super Single on Thursday as their odds were wrong and they did the business at 21-10.
The 6.3pts profit on that bet was wiped out as the rest of the top tips were losers. Hearts beat me for a 13-2 capital treble with Steven Naismith missing a penalty in a 0-0 draw with Livingston.
On the VIP tips three aways out of four gave me a small profit and three draws out of four paid 40-1.
Well done to all the winners on Saturday and there were plenty including Scott with a Euro btts treble and Desmond with his 2+ double and over 2.5 goals treble. The racing boys also picked out some good bets at Ayr.
In England today it's Arsenal v Everton and West Ham v Chelsea while in Scotland Rangers entertain St Johnstone and Celtic head to Kilmarnock. An Arsenal/West Ham double will be popular while Rangers should have no trouble unless they're feeling a bit leggy after Thursday's draw at Villarreal.
My Super Single is another where bookies have got the odds wrong. Celtic might beat Killie but I've seen enough of them recently to worry about their visit to Rugby Park.
There's no spark and a serious lack of goals and Brendan Rodgers starts Leigh Griffiths. Killie beat Celtic on their plastic pitch last season and shouldn't be as big as 8-1. I'm on Killie draw no bet at 6-1 with Unibet.
For the goals double I'm on both to score at Eintracht Frankfurt v RB Leipzig with all five playings of this fixture going over 2.5 goals.
Add over 2.5 goals at Rennes v PSG. Rennes have netted in their last three home meetings with PSG but conceded 13 in those and 17 in their last four. PSG have Kylian Mbappe banned but enough to firepower to cover this on their own although Rennes can contribute.

Bit risky with big Chelsea and PSG bets but they have been quick off the blocks recently and I hope my winnings get extended from yesterday.
AFTER Europa League action on Thursday both Rangers and Celtic are back in action today hoping to the close the gap on league leaders Hearts. They won’t have it all their own way though as they come up against tough opponents in St Johnstone and Kilmarnock.

With Hearts dropping points against Livingston, both Rangers and Celtic will be looking to close the gap but to do so they are going to have to be at their best.
Celtic travel to Kilmarnock in the lunchtime kick-off and they’ve not had the best of times against Killie recently. They are without a win in the last three encounters and come into this having scored just 2 goals in their last 4 league games.
That’s pretty grim for their standards but you don’t turn into a bad team overnight and you’d expect it’s just a matter of time before they get back in about the goals.
Kilmarnock can feel a bit hard done by in recent weeks having been on the receiving end of some poor decisions by the officials. Rugby Park is a tough place to go and you’d fancy them to score here against anyone.
Getting better prices for goals in this match than you usually would due to Celtic’s complete lack of cutting edge this season – feel we’ll see 2 goals here though.
Rangers had a terrific result away in Spain on Thursday and they’ll take great confidence from that as they host a much more dynamic and attacking St Johnstone side.
Steven Gerrard has turned Ibrox into a fortress with 5 wins and a draw from their 6 competitive games. Domestically, this is their toughest home match of the season so far but they are in great form and are starting to score more goals.
Whilst I don’t expect St Johnstone to win this I do feel we have more than enough quality going forward to trouble this Rangers defence. With Tony Watt leading the line and supported by Drey Wright and Matt Kennedy, I fancy us to score and that should lead this game to being over 2.5.

Of course, it’s not always that straight-forward!
Fredericia have played four at home so far this season, and they’ve scored in three of them. They’ve also conceded in all of those home games in which they’ve scored. So, if it’s open, can we say they’ll score and concede more often than not? Probably.
The one home game they didn’t score or concede in was against Hvidivore. That was a 0-0 classic of the sort we love when we’re looking at sides we want to back on Unders. (We’re on Hvidovre on Draw No Bet further down – whoop!)

Well in Greg Sir,Rodgers problem is the sale of Dembele.
Cheers, not sure what’s wrong with Celtic apart from the fact the manager wasn’t happy with what he had to spend.
It’s not as simple as saying the sale of Dembele as they’ve played well without him in the past.
Loads of players have seen their form dip and there must be a reason for it.
When a club sells a player of that stature it brings the squad as a whole down,the goals he scored will be surely missed (well they are missing his goals as there is no way Celtic have been as prolific without him),add playing in Europe to the equasion it must surely make the players feel they have taken a step backwards.Much to Rangers delight i’m sure.
Dembele sale wasn’t a surprise but the timing didn’t allow Rodgers to bring in a replacement.
He has still has Griffiths who he has been reluctant to start for some reason Edouard whom he padi big money for but hasn’t been on form recently.
The players he has should be beating the likes of St Mirren and Killie comfortably.
