SUNDAY was a no-bet day and boy was it dull.
I kept logging on to live score to see if anything was happening – maybe spot a game I'd missed before.
Even the Dutch games were early and Jordan and Scott Allot were a goal out on their doubles.
I was close to putting up a golf bet but when you reach the semi-final stage of the WGC Match Play anyone can win and that's how it played out with both underdogs, Bubba Watson and Kevin Kisner, reaching the Final.
Big-hitting Bubba looked back to his best with convincing wins against Justin Thomas and Kisner and heads for the Masters in search of another title and will be in the running if he repeats the form he showed at Austin all week.
As far as tonight's football goes there are a few decent looking friendlies but they're still friendlies – Portugal v Holland being the pick of the bunch. I'll check team news later.
I never thought I'd be looking at the China Cup for my main bet but here goes. I flagged up Gareth Bale to score against China last week and he hit a hat-trick in a 6-0 rout. If Czech Republic are putting out any sort of side they'll beat the hosts in the third-fourth place play-off.
Later Wales face Uruguay in the final and there should be goals. Ryan Giggs played an attacking team against China and while the South Americans are of a much higher quality I can see him being positive, especially with Bale in such good fettle.
Uruguay are likely to start Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani and Wales will find it tough to stop them. With a trophy at stake I'm banking on both sides starting with a strong line-up and both sides scoring.
