IT'S the final eight Champions League group stage ties on Wednesday with Liverpool, Man City and Spurs in action.
Liverpool need a point to qualify and should get all three at home to Spartak Moscow while City and Spurs have already sewn up top spot.
I've posted a separate preview covering the games and permutations and have added one fourfold. Diffiucult to find value and reasoning is on the Champions League thread.
Last night only Celtic failing to scoring at home to Anderlecht beat me for a full house.
My Super Single was Peterhead to beat Stirling and I also suggested Rory McAllister for first goal at 3-1.
The Top Treble won thanks to Basel not losing and Juventus but the payout was reduced to 13-10 as I had Chelsea draw no bet.
On the both to score treble it was two out of three but Celtic didn't do enough but still qualified for the Europa League.

Not a great night for value in the wdw markets with a 5 fold of liverpool, napoli, Seville, porto and leipzig only paying 2.6/1 ? so going for a couple RABS both in the liverpool game.
Liverpool are heavy favourites but spartak haven’t lost by more than a goal in the champs league and have seen btts in every match, while we all know liverpools strength doesn’t lie at the back. Spartak need to win to have any hope of progressing, while a liverpool loss would likely see them drop to 3rd (assuming Seville get the job done at Maribor). I can’t see liverpool sitting back and playing for a draw and while I can’t comment on spartaks ambitions for the season, with a europa league place assured I’d expect them to have a go at getting the win and progressing. Hopefully that makes for an open and attacking game, which in turn will hopefully = fouls + cards. With tonights ref averaging 4.05 cards per game this campaign (73 over 18 games) these two rabs are worth a pop imo.

The Champions League group stages conclude tonight and I’ve focussed in on 3 of the more interesting fixtures on offer with 1 or 2 dead rubbers worth avoiding as we look to bounce back from a poor weekend.

Final Verdict
Shakhtar only requires a draw or more this evening in order to progress to the round of 16 and with Man City set to make a host of changes, the home side will fancy their chances of getting at least a point with the Ukranian champions boasting a strong home record in the competition.
And yet, the hosts are pretty big @2/1 odds which is certainly tempting, but the safer bet has to be Shakhtar DNB @1/1 with the hosts not needing the win.
With Man City having already sealed qualification and top spot in the group though, and with the derby against Man Utd to come on Sunday, Guardiola will surely make wholesale changes to his side and you would expect that the home side will surely cede the initiate in temperatures that will drop below freezing come kick-off.
Certainly, Shakhtar wouldn’t want to be going into the last 10 minutes of this match level and just 1 goal from elimination, so far that reason I expect the home side to look for the 3 points and with City likely to field an unfamiliar line-up, I fancy them to get them with Facundo Fereyra, Bernard and Marlos in great goal scoring form for the Ukranian champions.
While Shakhtar don’t need to win, I don’t expect this one to play out as a drab draw, even if that would ultimately suit the home side. City has never been involved in a 0.0 draw in 41 previous CL fixtures and Shakhtar surely will look to win the game with home advantage and an expectant crowd behind them.
Celtic were absolutely pish last night, never turned up and cost me £215 off that free bet no scoring. Skybet have w promos that I’ve taken bet £20 on slots & bet £10 on roulette for 2 £5 free bets
