DAN EVANS has his eye on a huge scalp at the US Open after sealing the best win of his career in the previous round.
The British underdog sent German starlet Alexander Zverev packing to earn himself a crack at world No.3 Stan Wawrinka today.
Evans is 13-2 at Marathonbet to KO the Swiss and 7-5 at Ladbrokes to take a set while Wawrinka is huge favourite at 2-13 with Betfair to reach round four and 13-14 at Unibet to progress in straight sets.
Andy Murray has yet to drop a set at Flushing Meadows this year and should maintain that record in his third-round clash with Italian journeyman Paolo Lorenzi, who is a whopping 59-2 to sink the Scot.
