IT'S boring not having a bet and not too damaging having a low-stakes punt and it nearly came off for me on Wednesday.
My only bet was both to score at Brackley v Gillingham and over 2.5 goals at Glenavon v Cliftonville. It would have landed the other way about or as a both to score double and ironically in both matches there were three more goals in extra time.
Brackley were a big price and while I tipped them not to lose at evens I didn't post it as a Super Single.
There are even fewer games to look at with the sole English game an FA Cup replay between Dover and Cambridge while Halmstad face Helsingborgs in a Swedish play-off.
To make up for that bad decision on leaving out Brackley I'm putting 2pts on a Super Single that comes with a warning. Sporting face third division minnows Praiense in the last 16 of the Portuguese Cup and the gulf between the sides is huge – if Sporting played their strongest XI they'd probably hit double figures.
But I doubt if they will but even with four or five regulars they should be able to rack up four or five.
This bet is slightly speculative because I've got no team news – so hold off if you prefer to see who the Champions League side are fielding.

Vitoria are as big as 6/1 and although they may well come out of this with no points, it certainly opens up value for other markets.
They’ve had 2 decent results in their last 2 outings with a 3-2 win at 6th placed PR and a 2-2 draw at 8th placed Fluminense which brings a Vitoria goals well into play!
The last H2H back in July finished 2-3 to Santos and the hosts have conceded in 10 of their last 13.
