I'M FOCUSING on the big games for today's both teams to score treble.
I've already suggested goals in the Capital One Cup Final between Chelsea and Spurs on a separate.
I also fancy goals in the big Premier League game between Liverpool and Man City. Al lot of people are tipping City to win but it's tough to call especially when you look at the stats.
City have won none of their last 11 Premier League trips to Anfield (drawn 4, lost 7) but have scored two or more goals in each of their last six Premier League games against Liverpool.
Four of those six have finished 2-2 and there was also a 3-2 so games at Liverpool between the sides recently have been high scoring.
Complete the treble with Celtic v Aberdeen – first v second – in the Scottish Premiership. I still don't believe Aberdeen are genuine title contenders but will go level at the top if they win and Derek McInnes will go for it.
He has in-form attacker in Adam Rooney and David Goodwillie and Niall McGinn are others who can provide a goal threat. I can see a score draw and while the Dons have lost their last 11 league visits to Parkhead they won in the Cup last season.
In six of their last seven defeats in the east end of Glasgow both sides have scored and both meetings this season ended 2-1 to Celtic.
Other games on my radar included Sassuolo v Lazio, Werder Bremen v Wolfsburg and Palermo v Empoli.

MrF not sure why you don’t consider Aberdeen title contenders. As you say, if they win they go level at the top. Massive ‘if’ but they are right up there winning 35 points from their last 39. That’s title contender form in my book.
grantyone, Celtic are too strong especially having signed Armstrong and Mackay-Steven. It’s just my opinion and you’re entitled to disagree.
MrF I have no doubt Celtic will probably win the league, but Aberdeen are certainly contenders in my opinion. We are heading into March and Aberdeen are one win away from going level on points. Normally Celtic are 20 points clear at this stage and are playing their under 20’s.
Football though is all about opinions. That’s what makes it great. Coming away from games and thinking did that guy watch the same game as me?
For what it’s worth. I’m not Aberdeen fan but a cabbage and rib.

Aberdeen double chance 5/4 on 888. Lumped on. Celtic are a poor team plus the fact they have only played a tough 90 minutes on Thursday.
