Aug 6: Desmond’s Two 2s Goals Tips

MRF_DesmondTips_Ladbrokes

DESMOND’S back with his popular 2+ goals tips after a three-month sabbatical – if that’s what you call playing golf.

Remember he’s going for value with teams he reckons will score at least two goals and rarely does he back a short price.

He says: “As we all know the first few games of the new season always throw up plenty of surprises and with no stats and new squads put together it really is a minefield.

“Two teams I like the look of to score 2+ goals are Portsmouth and Dunfermline. League Two favourites Pompey start off at home to Carlisle and are 10-11 for the goals bet.

“Add Scottish Championship new boys Dunfermline at home to a Dumbarton side who are going to struggle big time this season (they even conceded two to Mr F’s Clydebank in a midweek friendly).

“Dunfermline to score 2+ is 8-15 at Ladbrokes and they should manage it despite the sale of Faissal El Bakhtaoui to Dundee. Going for a straight three-point double which pays 2-1.

“Other goals bets I’m on are a both to score double of Shrewsbury v MK Dons and Swindon v Coventry and an over 2.5 goals treble of Bristol City, Blackpool and Southend. A roll-up of all seven pays 82-1.”
