Win £1,000 in 12 Plays of Christmas: Day 10

IT was yet another night of late drama in my 12 Plays of Christmas competition. A 90th-minutes strike by Jake Livermore handed Hull City a 2-1 over Reading while an injury-time equaliser for Whitehawk had a huge bearing on who made it through to Day 10.

I said things were starting to get tougher and so it proved. Don't expect any respite in Day 10's fixtures either.

Day 9 Round-Up

Five members must have been biting their nails at the 6 plus minutes of injury time played at the KC Stadium but Hull held on to grab a vital win as far as @greaves, @hellobad, @sean567, @dazzyy and @jpq were concerned.

They're joined in Day 10 by @andrewklcc who'll need to play his Second Chance card after he backed Sporting who only managed a draw in 90 mins at Braga despite leading the tie twice.

@goliath makes up the final seven. For the second time in three days he picked out the biggest-priced winner, siding with Hertha who won at 11-8. He picks up another £50 in free bets at Skybet to add to the £40 he won earlier in the tournament.

Remember, if there's more than one ‘last man standing' at the end of Day 12 then the winner will be determined, firstly by those who haven't played their Second Chance card, then if there's still a tie by the highest accumulated odds across all 12 day's selections so the odds of the winners you pick could be crucial in the final reckoning.

Day 10

It's another day where matches are thin on the ground. There are some short-priced favourites in the likes of the Copa Del Ray but at this stage of the competition it's about showing you can pick out a value bet so the games I've selected look fairly evenly matched.
