Using my site is pretty straight-forward, but you may have some questions you'd like answered before you sign-up. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions below. If your query is still not answered then please use the Support Forum here where your questions may have already been discussed.
If you subscribe to a Monthly Membership payment will be taken on same day of the month that you first signed up. Similarly, Annual Membership payments will be taken on the same day of the year that you first signed up.
If you don't have a Paypal account, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Offline Membership Sign-Up' and we can arrange a bank transfer with you. We can only arrange a bank transfer for Annual (Gold) Memberships. An additional, non-refundable £5.00 admin charge will be applied to bank transfers.
Yes, you can upgrade from Basic > Silver (Monthly) > Gold (Annual) at any time. Just click on the Upgrade My Account link in your My Profile page.
Emails can sometimes be incorrectly identified as spam by your email software. Please check your ‘spam' folder for any emails from MrFixitsTips. Once located please mark them as ‘not spam' in order to prevent this happening again.
Of course, you can cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling will ensure your next scheduled payment is not taken.
To claim your 7-day refund you must email us at email@example.com with the subject ‘Cancel my membership' within 7 days of signing-up. We will cancel your membership and refund your Paypal account with 28 days.
Prizes for Mr Fixit's Betting Club will be drawn once each year. Details of the draw will be posted on the Betting Club forum so please check there for details.
