Fulham vs Man City – Both Teams to Score (Sunday, 16:00)
Man City will look to wrap up a top-five finish in the Premier League when they take on Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon.
Pep Guardiola’s side know that a win on the final day of the season will be enough to guarantee them Champions League football next season.
Meanwhile, Fulham are still in the mix to finish inside the top 10 after winning 3-2 away at Brentford last weekend.
Both teams have scored in 14 of Fulham’s 18 Premier League home games this season and goals at both ends is the call at Craven Cottage.
Ipswich vs West Ham – Both Teams to Score (Sunday, 16:00)
Ipswich will bow out of the Premier League with a home game against West Ham United on Sunday afternoon.
The Tractor Boys have looked out of their depth in the top-fight this season, resulting in them being relegated back to the English Championship with a bit of a whimper.
Opponents West Ham have also had a season to forget as they head towards a lower-half finish in the table.
There have been goals at both ends in six of the Hammers’ previous seven Premier League matches and more of the same is expected at Portman Road.
Newcastle To Score 2+ (Sunday, 16:00)
Newcastle know that a win over Everton on Sunday will almost certainly see them return to the Champions League next season.
Eddie Howe’s side are sitting in fourth spot and have a significant goal difference over sixth-placed Aston Villa, who will be taking on Man United.
For Everton, this is essentially a dead rubber as they will finish in 13th place irrespective of what happens on the final day of the season.
Newcastle have scored two or more goals in each of their last six outings at St James’ Park and another couple of goals may be needed if they are to get the better of the Blues.
Wolves vs Brentford – Over 2.5 Goals (Sunday, 16:00)
Wolves and Brentford will wrap up their respective Premier League seasons when they meet at Molineux on Sunday.
Vitor Pereira’s side cannot finish any higher than 14th position following Tuesday night’s 4-2 loss at Crystal Palace.
Brentford, on the other hand, could still end up in eighth-place if results go their way this weekend.
25 of Wolves' 37 Premier League games this season have delivered over 2.5 goals and another entertaining encounter could be on the cards when they come up against the Bees.
