HAMILTON came out of their tailspin with a big win at Inverness in midweek and will now be looking to follow it up with another three points on the road at rock-bottom Arbroath.

Betting against Accies paid off for me last week as they lost 2-1 at home to Partick to make it four defeats in a row.

But they bust my coupon on Tuesday with a 1-0 victory in the Highlands that moved them three points clear of the Red Licthies at the bottom.

Arbroath blew the chance to level things up 24 hours later as they crashed 1-0 at home to Raith so today’s game is huge for Dick Campbell.

Gayfield was a fortress last term but they’ve yet to win at home in the league this season and are 6/5 (McBookie) to get their monkey off their back this afternoon.

It will be wet and windy at Gayfield so don’t expect a classic, with under 2.5 goals priced 4/5 at Bet365.

Betting against BTTS is a little better at 5/6 with Quinnbet but it might be best to combine both in a bet builder.

Injuries hurt Inverness in midweek as they failed to move top of the pile and they now host a Raith side buoyed by that Gayfield win.

BTTS has failed to land in the last five matches for Rovers and the last four for Caley Thistle.

So I’m betting against both teams scoring today at 9/10 with Betfair.

The half-time draw also appeals and that’s 23/20 with McBookie.

Partick continues to lead the way and their Firhill clash with Queen’s Park promises some thrills.

Both teams have been scoring freely and the Spiders always try to play on the front foot.

So I’m combining BTTS and over 2.5 goals in a McBookie bet builder that pays 107/100.

Dundee pushed Rangers all the way at Ibrox in the League Cup and now host a Morton side who have won three in a row.

The last three meetings have ended level while under 2.5 goals has come up in four of the last five. So I’m betting on under 2.5 goals today at 19/20 (Bet365).

Ayr host Cove in the other Championship game and Dipo Akinyemi looks good at 23/20 for anytime scorer (Betfred).

Betting against Peterhead has been profitable in League One and Alloa looks a decent price at 11/10 (Betway) for a victory at Balmoor today.

The Wasps battered them 5-0 at home earlier this season and should have too much firepower again.

Falkirk are really starting to find some form and the Bairns host Kelty today. I fancy the Bairns to be winning at half-time and full-time (19/10, BetVictor).

  • Super singles:
  • Half-time draw in Inverness (23/20, McBookie).
  • Under 2.5 goals at Dens (19/20, Bet365).
  • Akinyemi to score (23/20, Betfred).
  • Alloa to win (11/10, Betway).
  • McBookie bet builder: Combining BTTS no with over 2.5 goals in Partick v Spiders pays 107/100.
