Republic of Ireland v Northern Ireland
International Friendly. Thursday November 15. Kick-Off 7.45pm. Live on Sky Sports
IT should be feisty as usual when the two Irelands meet in Dublin and it should be tight as always.
The Republic will be looking for a good showing ahead of Monday's Nations League game in Denmark while Northern Ireland entertain Austria on the same night.
In the last four meetings both sides have netted just once and the home men have been dealt a blow with Shane Long's injury so up top it could be Aiden O'Brien or Michael Obafemi for the Republic and Liam Boyce for the visitors.
Both sides have been in poor form recently and I can't get away from the fact it will be a low-scoring draw and possibly 0-0 – although that's a bet that can go down in the first minute so maybe look at under 1.5 match goals at 29-20 with betfair.
The draw pays 21-10 with William Hill while the Republic are 11-10 at bet365 and Nth Ireland as big as 3-1 with the same firm.
A draw and under 2.5 goals pays 9-4 at Betway while no scorer is 5-1 at bet365.
Recommended Bets
