LOS ANGELES begin their campaign in Group G of the 2024 Leagues Cup with a home clash against Mexican side Tijuana. Los Angeles have been in good form lately and should be too strong for their Mexican rivals, who have not been at their best in recent times.
Los Angeles are enjoying a fine start to the season as they are currently second on the Western Conference standings. They have lost just once in their last 16 matches across all competitions, claiming 13 wins in that run.
Steven Cherundolo’s men are coming off a 3-0 victory at Seattle Sounders in their previous MLS fixture. However, the one minor blip in Los Angeles’ good form is a slight vulnerability at the back as they are without a clean sheet in their last three home matches.
